I feel like Alex and Dika once preformed this and gave a CD to Alfred just for him to keep. And I feel like he plays it when he feels like his country is falling apart and he's upset. With this song he's reminded not only of his sister and best friend, but he remembers that he is a great country and he's always got the city of New Orleans and the state of Alaska to back him up.
