State OCs

Kentucky 

Her names Mary Bays. She's got long dark brown hair that's in a pony tale and hidden under a cowboy hat a lot. She's also got blue skin and tan skin from working with either horses or tobacco. She loves to ride and raise the creatures she's know for and usually has a tobacco product in her mouth. Can be a little hot headed but manly is pretty calm. She usually wears rancher and farmer type clothing. 

Hawaii 

She's Rae Kano. She's got black hair and dark brown eyes. She's very friendly to people and open with them. She's nice and friend... unless you are a jerk to her. She mostly keepsaren't  to herself and if she does talk with other it will manly be the states, Alfred, and Alex. She also hates how mean their bosses are, but a pretty nice person. Wears more tropical clothes. 

Mississippi 

He's Luke Smith. He's got blond hair and green eyes. There's not much to say about him since he's kind of boring like his state. But he does get a little more open and fun with Anna since they are right next to each other. He's also a heavy drinker of wine which he got from being a French territory. Also a pretty good swimmer and farmer. Pretty tough guy and you do not want to make him mad. Wears a normal green shirt with blue jeans. 

New York 

This guy is John Craig. He's the city boy out of all of these guys. He's also talking about making a few more bucks. Though he's careful with money, mostly after the Market crash. He's always got slicked back light brown hair and amber eyes behind glasses. He's also got a suit on or more dress up clothes. While he may seem like the greedy guy ready to make a buck, he's pretty caring and will listen to your problems. Also more open to the other countries since he gets a lot of them. Also good friends with Francis when he was given the Statue of Liberty. He's a pretty cool guy.
