Dika hugged herself, having a hard time falling asleep. A nightmare was keeping the Alaskan up, and she didn't like it. She crawled out of bed, walking down the hall. If her dream had been about anything other than him, she probably would have gone and curled up with her papa. But she walked past his room, walking into the room her bothers slept in. She walked silently to her older brother's bed.
She looked down at the sleeping Toris, sitting on his bed. She carefully got into the bed next to him, snuggling up to him. Once she was comfy, she woke the Lithiathian up.
"Dika?" Toris asked, looking at his sister. "Something wrong?"
"I had a nightmare about you," Dika sniffs. "You died, and I couldn't help you..."
Toris just gave her a nod, hugging her tightly. The two cuddled together, falling asleep hugging the other like a baby.
