I feel sorry for Dika. She was only created because people needed a cheep fur source and Alaska proved to be just that. Than she was sold from Ivan's boss to Alfred's very very cheep. She has more land than the Louisiana purchase and was sold after that, but she was sold even cheeper than that. Plus no one seems to care for her. She's been called some nasty names in her life. Plus some maps don't even label her. She's just there.
I would also like to point out she is home to the second largest earthquake, largest in American history, and no one seems to care. Also had a large oil spill. Again, no one cared. Oh and sometimes she doesn't get food or medication in certain areas from the US because it gets too cold.
Dika is pretty dang abused and it seems no one notices or cares, at least has bosses come.
