Chapter 34

I was shopping in a giant mall buying almost everything that I could put my hand on. Most of the stuff was sexy, vibrant, elegant looking stuff that I could wear for Adrian. Stuff he would die for, go bat shit crazy over me, more than he already is. Something for him to think twice before going to another female even if they're wolves. But nothing can pass me up as I am his mate.
As I was walking home to middle of nowhere just how Adrian likes it. I went home to my room and put on one of the outfits that I bought and put on a robe and walked down to his office where it was him and back ups. They all looked at me and smiled. Adrian was more excited to see me than anything.

"Guys can you give us the room for a while. I would like to talk to my mate." I told Ryan and Billy.

They stood up and bowed their heads at me before walking out of the room. As they left, I shut the door and locked the door as well before walking over to Adrian.
As I got in front of him, I opened the robe and dropped it on the floor, showing him what he's missing while he's working. His eyes got all big as he was looking at me. When I walked over to him, I turned his chair and when I did, I could see something was trying to stand in attention but couldn't really move since he was wearing tight pants.
I giggled at him as I slowly sat down on top of him feeling him at my opening once I sat fully on him.

"Cris, I see your in a good mood is there a reason behind this?" He asked me.
"No, I just want my mate to know what he's missing out while he's been working so much and poor little ole me being bored in the bedroom waiting for you."
"Darling, you were just kidnapped and been asleep for hours, so wake up." Someone had said.

It wasn't Adrian that said it. It was someone else's voice. I got off of Adrian and when I did, the whole area had changed.
I was in my room.
Whomever had said what they had said woke me up. I was dreaming of Adrian and we ain't even together yet. I felt so embarrassed of what I dreamt about. But why was I dreaming of it right now.
I sat up and looked around the room. No one was in here with me.
I pulled the covers off of me and stood up. Which I ended up falling back down on the bed. My legs wasn't having it right now. I guess it's from being asleep for a while. But how long is awhile though.
So I tried again. I got back up and walked slowly to the bathroom and looked in the mirror. I was wearing the same clothes I was when we went into town. How long was I out? I asked myself. I went to the little window that was in the bathroom and looked out. It was dark out. Was it in the middle of the night or early morning? Hmm, whatever time it is, I didn't care. I needed a hot shower because my body was feeling sore all over. Especially my neck.
I turned the water on the shower and took off my clothes then got in. The hot water felt great on my body, like I haven't felt it like this in forever.
I wasn't in there long but long enough where the water was starting to cool down a little so I hurried up and washed my hair and body then got out and put on some sweats and a T-shirt that I had bought from home.
Once I was dressed, I walked out of my room and went downstairs. When I got to the stairwell, I had saw two of the guards sitting on the couch watching tv. One of them was Kyle and the other one was with me inside the store. When I walked down the steps and stepped off the last step, the guards looked at me. Kyle stood up fast and ran to me. He grabbed ahold of me so fast that I got whiplash.

"Oh Cris you're awake thank god." Kyle had said.
"Yea, and hungry." I had said.
"I'll go wake up the alpha and your mother." The other guard had said.

I nodded at him before Kyle had brought me over to the couch. For being a guard, he sure is being really friendly towards me.

"How are you feeling?" He asked me.
"Tired, sore, and hungry. And a little confused." I told Kyle.
"You would feel like that for being asleep for hours dear." I heard my mother say as she was running down the stairs. I looked at my mother as she came to me and pulled me up and hugged me like she hasn't seen me in forever.
"Mom, you're strangling me to death." I told her.
"Sorry dear." She said as she let me go and helped me sit back down.
"How long have I been out?" I asked them.
"Almost a full day." Lucifer said.
"Wow," I asked. "What time is it?"
"It's 4am." Adrian said as he came and sat down next to me. "I've been well we've been waiting for you to wake up. I've felt lost without you being awake." Adrian said grabbing a hold of my hand.

I started to blush a little, especially after the dream I had. I pulled my hand away from him then stood up.

"Do we know who it was that tried to take me?" I asked.
"You remember?" Adrian asked.
"Yea, I remember going into the store with him." I pointed to the one guard.
"Yeah, Jared was with you but he wasn't with you in the dressing room area. He was walking around in the store holding your bags. I was the one that felt off so I went to go find you. That's when the lady said that a guy was helping you out the back door. That's when I saw a guy put you in the back of their suv." Adrian told me.
"What happened to the guy they had me?" I asked.
"Billy and I took take of them and one of dad's police friends that is from this pack had taken care of it as well." Adrian told me.
"Speaking of cop friend, he thinks they were vampires well more like fledglings."
"Fledglings?" I asked.
"Yeah, basically another word for newborn. It's what they call them when they're about 6 months to a year old of being a vampire. They're, hmm how should I put this as, beginners in their life, still new at everything and not as strong as the older ones. I mean they are strong but they're more easily to kill." Lucifer told me.

I nodded at him. This was a lot to take on. A lot to handle actually. But I don't know where to even start with all of this.

"Cris, honey? Are you okay?" My mother asked me as she touched my arm.
I flinched at her touch. "Yea, just trying to take in everything."
"Look, we don't have to talk about any of this right now." Adrian said. "How about we get something into your stomach though. We know you have to be starving by now."
"Yes why don't you do that and I will call the pack doctor and have him come over and check you out since you're awake now." Lucifer said.

I nodded at both of them. Adrian took my hand and brought me into the kitchen to find me something to eat while his father went into his office along with my mother. Jared and Kyle went back to what they were doing.
After a while the doctor came in from the back door while Adrian was making me a few grilled cheese and ham sandwiches. As I was eating, the doctor had checked me out and said I look good. Just told me to drink a lot of fluids to make sure all the drugs are out of my body and that I should be able to leave by tomorrow.
I told him thanks and went back to eating. I had about 4 sandwiches. Shit they were delicious but by the time I finished my 4th one I was full. I leaned back and blew out a mouth full of air.
I could get use to this. A man taking care of their girl. Adrian sure can cook though. But if he can cook then why need cooks then. Oh well not my problem or issue. But shit, if he can cook like that, I'll make him make my food all the time.
