'We are almost there,' Johannes told Kaguya and Yuzuru. However, Yuzuru seems to be slowing down thanks to the devastating counter that she took. 'Shit. She might have avoided being knocked out by rolling her head with the punch, but the fact she took a full powered swing means that she's in no good condition,' he accidentally muttered the bad news to both.
"Relief. Yuzuru is glad that there are obvious tells with Y/n's power spikes. If it wasn't for that, Yuzuru would have been unconscious right now," Yuzuru reported and Kaguya gritted her teeth. "Damn it, I never thought we were this outclassed," she growled, realizing how much gap there was in skill and tactics. 'Actually, both of you are still in stalemate. He's not moving at all, and is currently cooling down!
Move your efforts into setting up our final attack!' Johannes ordered and Kaguya silently booster her speed, leaving Yuzuru behind. "Kaguya! Ghhh!" Yuzuru tried to chase after her twin sister, but couldn't thanks to the damage she took. 'Don't bother, right now, you should take some time to recover. We'll be following up our attack,' Johannes told Yuzuru who asked, "Concern. D-does Kaguya even have a plan?", worried about Kaguya's safety.
'I would like to bet she has. I doubt that she's been taking this easily, not when she wants to prove.' Johannes answered, and all that they could do now was trust Kaguya who had stopped in the middle of the open area desert. As she waited for Y/n to come out, a bullet had fired at her, and responded by deflecting it with her lance.
It reached the sky thanks to it being deflected upwards. After reaching a certain amount of altitude, the bullet spread its Reiryoku far and wide, creating a dome that encases anyone who is inside of it. 'Shit, this was the same technique Y/n used against Ellen,' Kaguya realized her mistake and heard Y/n walking slowly towards the domain.
"So, you decided to do all of this on your own?" Y/n asked, surprised that the only Spirit detained was Kaguya. "With how you badly damaged Yuzuru, I doubt she's able to fight," she lied, and Y/n seemingly bought the lie, lowering his head and his gaze. "It wasn't my intention. I'm sorry," he apologized and Kaguya was surprised. "I know it wasn't. Still, your strikes really pack a punch, and they're all dangerous," she stated and Y/n scoffed at that thought.
"Yeah, they are, and it's not just my hits, I am dangerous. I had many chances to end this fight back then, but it's a waste to use my resources since it's a spar," Y/n admitted that he was holding back in a way but with how both sides struggle to find a consistent advantage, it's hard to say otherwise. "I have no reason to beat you two into a bloody pulp nor a reason to use Kurumi's time abilities because I see you as friends and using the time powers will basically ruin the meaning of me training," he added while he maintained a sassy tone.
"Before we continue, I have something to ask," Kaguya requested while still keeping her guard. "Sure, go ahead. Make it snappy though, I'm basically on a time limit," Y/n answered and Kaguya got straight to the point. "You've been holding back on us for some time now, unlike what you did with Ellen," she claimed and was asking why he was still holding back.
"I mean, I was holding back against her. I wanted to humiliate her, not just beat her to a bloody mess," Y/n honestly spoke in a flat tone. "My real style is not something that you could train. Not flashy nor technical. It's just as chaotic as your run-of-the-mill bar fight," Y/n explained to Kaguya before continuing.
