Chapter 19 The Hard Truth

NATHAN'S POV

'Uhhhhhh' I say as I enter the room.

Louis and the girl break apart in shock.

'Nate... W-what are you doing here so early?' Louis asks nervously.

'Project?' I say

'But that's in like four more hours, you could have told me you were coming' he says getting angry.

'Well you could have told ME that you have another girl in your arms!' I retaliate.

'Wait what does he mean by 'another' girl Louis? The girl asks.

'Nothing Eleanor, just, can you leave me and Nathan for a moment?' He asks her.

She nods and exits the room.

'So that was Eleanor? Your 'cousin'. That you were just snogging with.' I say in a serious manner.

'Let me just explain everything' Louis says

'Im all ears.'

'Well You know how Im a foreign exchange student right?' Louis starts while I nod to his question.

'Okay well Eleanor's my childhood friend, and she came to visit me. And just an hour ago, she arrived and then we came up to my room and confessed her love to me. She has always loved me, and when she kissed me, it was different, like it was a true what she said. I-I froze and as if she was controlling me, I kissed back in sync and then you barged in. So Nathan, I'm begging you, don't tell Yelissa, I'll tell her when I'm ready.'

'When is that?' I ask.

'When Eleanor leaves, my heart needs to decide without pressure' he says.

'Well that's pretty selfish isn't it?'

'Not if you over think it. Just don't get into my buisness Nate, you obviously have nothing to do.'

I just stop.

'What?'

'Just forget it Nate, I spoke without thinking.'

I did what he said even though it hurt. Maybe I do need to stop butting into everyone's buisness.

After that awkward conversation, Eleanor came in and introduced herself, she was really skinny I thought if I touched her, she would break into pieces. I guess Louis is into models. But one thing is for sure... If Louis doesn't decide soon, Yelissa is gonna find out and let's just say its not gonna be a nice day whenever that happens.

We finished Louis' project and I went home, I didn't want to be a 'bother.'

While walking home, Cher texted me 'Hey babe, since spring break is coming soon, why don't we start it with going to Universal CityWalk on Saturday?'

I reply 'Hmm I've never been there'

I soon get a reply 'Well then it's settled, we'll tell everyone tomorrow at lunch. It will surely brighten their moods tomorrow's Monday ;)'

I laugh at the text and reply with a quick goodnight text. It was getting late. It was 10:30pm and I was walking home, ehh it's not like I haven't done this before.

I slowly tiptoed behind a sleeping Perrie. I was holding a can of silly string. Oh the things I do when I'm bored. Hey it's her fault for sleeping while I played some video games right? Well either way, I creeped slowly behind her, not waking her up. I'm so gonna get it after this. I shook the can and then sprayed it over her head.
