"Meeting time! We have some stuff to talk about quickly before you guys can go." Namjoon shouted as he unlocked the dorm door for us. I felt my stomach clench with each step I took towards the dorm until I sat on the worn-down couch, feeling utterly numb. "We have a Weekly Idol appearance this week, then we have two music show promotional stages, then we have an After School Club appearance, which doubles as a Christmas special, then we have another promotion stage, followed by the MBC music festival. We're gonna be doing four songs, but (Y/N), you're only doing one of the covers since Bang PD thinks the covers we're doing are too masculine for you." I felt myself space out until my name was mentioned. "What song am I going to cover then?" Namjoon paused for a second to check his phone before looking back at me with a slight smile on his face, showcasing his dimples. "10 minutes by Lee Hyori," I nodded, taking in the information the best I could. "Don't worry, you'll have lots of time to practice. Right now we're more focused on the weekly idol appearance," Namjoon explained, trying to coax me, only to fail since that underlooming overwhemed feeling was still coursing through my body. "That's all, I guess this was less of a meeting and more of a schedule breakdown," Namjoon said with a sheepish tone before waving us off. "I'm gonna go out for a bike ride," I mumbled under my breath as I got up and went into my room before anyone could protest. I picked out a random pair of leggings with a sweatshirt and quickly started changing, only for the door to swing open. "Get out, I'm changing," I huffed out as I covered myself with my sweatshirt. "Chill, I've seen you changing before," Taehyung said while closing the door behind him. "What's with you? Jimin told me you snapped at him, and you've been acting weird," he explained, which only made me feel even more overwhelmed. "Nothing, I'm fine. I'm just feeling a bit mentally tired, so I'm gonna go for a bike ride to the Han river, and see if I can write some lyrics down." I explained while looking around the room, grabbing my shoes and notebook. "I don't think you should go alone," I felt the urge to roll my eyes at him and snap, but I refrained from doing so. "I'll be fine, Tae, it's still sunny out, and it's not a far bike ride. I'll be back before the sun goes down," I explained while I finished getting dressed and grabbed my notebook before walking out of the room, not giving him time to stop me.

I soon got to a bench that overlooked the river and propped my bike next to it before sitting down and opening my notebook. I watched as people walked by, ran, and biked in front of me, taking in the beauty of the river. Teens, children, elderly. Couples, friends, and family all walked by the river, yet my inspiration was bone dry. "Can't find inspiration?" A familiar voice asked, followed by footsteps approaching the bench I was sitting at. "What are you doing here, Jungkook?"

"Whoa, I haven't heard you call me my name in a while. Usually it's koo, or kookoo," he mumbled while taking a seat next to me. "Sorry, I guess I'm just too in the zone to even realize I didn't call you kookoo," I mumbled with my gaze focused down on the blank paper in front of me. "In your head, or are you feeling something else that you don't want to tell me?" I let out a slight scoff as my gaze flickered up to meet his big doe eyes. "I'm fine, apparently you guys never went through an angsty phase." The breathy scoff was returned when he heard my response, "I'm the same age, and I'm not acting how you're acting right now." I let out a huff before I brought my pen down to the paper in my notebook, "I'm just feeling a bit down, I think I have writer's block, but with lyrics instead of a book." I felt Jungkook scoot closer to me, slightly leaning over my shoulder to see what I had written in my notebook.

Makes me sick, so please don't speak

"Who makes you so sick you don't want them to speak?" Deep down, I could name two people. Two people whose utter words and text messages made me nauseous beyond belief. "No one, myself? Everyone? I don't even know, I feel like this could be a good song lyric," I huffed out as I looked up from my now shut book. "Let's go home, the others are gonna send search parties if we don't get home soon," Jungkook explained while getting up and mounting his bike.

"Do you prefer pants or a skirt?" I felt myself come back to my mind at the sudden question, which I didn't answer quickly enough for Hanuel, which prompted him to ask again, this time through gritted teeth and a glare plastered on his face. "Uh, either is fine," my response was followed by a scoff before Haneul grabbed a grey sweatshirt off a nearby clothing rack with a black ruffled skirt. "The safety shorts are built in. Once you're dressed, go with the others to the set."

I hurriedly got dressed and got set up in the position to start filming the episode of Weekly Idol with the other, but for the first part of the show, Connie and his sub host Hechul were explaining the show and rules of the first challenge, I found myself spacing out. "Okay! Start the music!" Connie shouted, catching me completely off guard as Run started playing. "She's already messing up!" Hechul commented as I tried to scramble to my position for the pre-chorus part of the song. "If we catch you again, you're getting a punishment," he reminded as he kept his hawk-like gaze locked on me. For the rest of the challenge, I managed to get away with the few mistakes I made while Yoongi got caught and had a slight punishment.

"When we get back to the dorm, just change quickly, and come back to the car so we can get practicing," Namjoon hurriedly instructed while pushing us out of the car and towards the front door. Jimin and I sped walked into our room, where we started rummaging through our closet, trying to find dance clothes to wear. "Have you seen my black hoodie? Or my black ripped jeans?" Jimin asked slowly, making his way over to my side of the closet to check for himself if I had taken his clothes. "No, go ask Jungkook or Taehyung," I replied in a frustrated tone before walking away from the closet to get changed into a pair of blue sweatpants with a white baggy t-shirt.

"What song are we doing first?" Hobi asked as soon as we stepped foot into the practice room. "We're doing a total of four songs that we're going to do. Two of them are our songs, and two are covers." Namjoon reiterated for us as we all set out our bags and water bottles down along the mirror in front of us. "Which dance do you think is the hardest?" I asked Hobi, who took a moment to think about it before speaking, "10 minute since it has some partner work." The pure mention of partner work made my head feel like it was going to implode and my eye feel like it was going to twitch it's self shut. "Who's going to be doing the partner work with me?" I asked, barely able to get my voice loud enough to be heard in the tiny room. "I am. I hope you don't mind," Hobi said sheepishly, almost as if he was ashamed of being the lead male dancer. "Of course not, I can't think of a better person to be the lead. Even when we jokingly do dances together, we have amazing chemistry. Plus, it's a small part together, so it's no big deal."
