The rest of the day was spent in that small room, the members held me until I fell asleep and Jungkook never left my side. I fell asleep in his arms and woke up in his arms. "I'm glad you're up now," Jungkook whispered while stirring around under me, I got up from the floor realizing everything that had happened last night. I wanted to cry so bad but after everything last night I had no more tears to cry, "Come on (N/N), we have to get going but here," Jin said coming into the room and handing me a bowl of freshly cut fruit. I looked up at him and gave him a soft smile the best I could before getting up off the ground and walking down to the car with the rest of the members. We soon arrived at the Mnet building and walked up to our dressing room to get ready, some other idols had already started performing but since we were performing towards the middle of the day we had some time to get ready and Nari was going to need it to cover my eyebags and tear-stained cheeks. We walked into the dressing room all together and went straight to our makeup artists. I sat down in the chair where Naris station was set up and thankfully Jungkook's artist was also set up next to me meaning he would be sitting next to me. "Can you go get dressed first, the shirt I have for you is a bit tight-fitting and I don't want your making rubbing off on it," I didn't say anything and just nodded while getting up and going to get dressed. I put on the black tight-fitting shirt she had for me along with the pair of shorts and the green jacket she had hung up for me.

I walked out from behind the curtain and back to the chair so that Nari could get started on getting me ready. "Is everything okay unnie? You look a little tired," I could feel my breath hitch at the question since my mom had just passed the previous night, "I'm fine, just stayed up late telling the members about the release of my album," I replied giving her the first lie I could think of since I wasn't ready to tell her about what had happened last night. Jungkook reached over and grabbed my hand in his squeezing it gently in a reassuring manner, "I need you two to just date already you're so cute," Nari whispered under her breath loud enough for both of us to hear. "Okay perfect you are all done unnie, make sure to find me after your performance for a touchup, and good luck my precious girl," I always found Nari's use of nicknames comforting since she always called me them when I needed them the most. I got up from my chair followed closely by Jungkook, we walked into the hallway together before he broke the silence that had fallen over us, "Where are you going?" I stopped walking since even I wasn't sure where I was going I just didn't want to be cooped up in that room with my thoughts. "I'm not sure, I just didn't want to be in there," he nodded in agreement while pulling out his phone, "How about we film a little something to promote your new album," I let out a sigh while nodding in agreement, anything to get my mind off of everything is all that matters. "Okay just stand with your back facing that way, and just freestyle something. 3, 2, 1" he pointed his phone camera at me. "Hello Army's it's me (Y/N), and I wanted to let you all know I just released my first album," I was cut off by the sudden feeling of someone's hands on my shoulders making me jump forward toward Jungkook and scream at the top of my lungs. I could hear Jungkook laughing, I turned to look at who had just scared me and it was none other than Jonghyun from SHINee. I let out a breath of relief, "Ya! Oppa why would you do that," I said while letting go of Jungkook and standing next to him. Jonghyun shrugged his shoulders with a smile on his face, "I haven't seen you two in so long, so I needed to make an appearance," I laughed at his reasoning before Jungkook piped into the conversation, "Hyung, do you want to be in the video?" Jonghyun shrugged his shoulder while nodding in agreement. "Sure what do I have to do?" Jungkook gave me his phone and ran back into the dressing room without saying anything. "He's always been something," Jonghyun said making me laugh even more. Jungkook came back with a pair of earbuds and told me to pull out my phone. He plugged the earbuds into my phone and pulled up my album on Spotify, "Now each of you put in a bud and dance around, then turn the phone to show the album cover and I'll give you a cue of when I want Jonghyun to talk about how good the album is," both of us nodded while putting in an earbud, he handed me the phone so I was the one who would hold it. I pressed the shuffle button and Gashina started playing, Jungkook pointed his phone camera at us and we started dancing around together, Jonghyun even took my hand and started spinning me around a few times until Jungkook pointed at him, I turned the phone to face the camera and Jonghyun started talking, "I love my Yeodongsaeng's new album so much I've been listening to it nonstop. Make sure you show her lots of love and listen to her new album so you can hear these hit songs," Jungkook put his phone down meaning we got the video and it was all over with now. "I'll leave you two to get back with your members, it was nice seeing you again, and good luck with your album Yeodongsaeng I hope to see you on the stage soon," we said goodbye to each other and walked back into the dressing room. "What did you two go?" Namjoon asked while turning back to face his makeup artist, "We went for a walk and ran into Jonghyun," Jungkook explained while going to sit on a couch that was in the room. I went and sat next to him resting my head on his shoulder, he laid his head on top of mine and placed a soft kiss on my forehead, "Seriously who does she think she is? I mean look at her, all over Jungkook," the same staff member was saying stuff again, "Don't listen to her, she's just jealous she's not as beautiful as you are," Jungkook whispered in my ear. "Okay everyone let's get on that stage," Namjoon shouted while walking out of the dressing room. Jungkook and I followed close behind him walking next to each other the entire time, the feelings of grief had come back and it felt 10x worse. We huddled up backstage forming a small circle, "let's go out there and do our best, and try to get another win," Namjoon said before breaking the huddle and walking onto the stage. We got in our positions lying on the floor, I looked over to Jungkook who was staring up at the ceiling. I was beyond thankful for him, without this silly boy I call my best friend I wasn't sure who I'd become, without any of BTS I'm not sure who I would've become. The music started snapping me out of my thoughts, and the lights shined down on us making me close my eyes.
We finished the performance all out of breath, but proud of how hard we worked on that stage. I went backstage and into the hallway so that I wouldn't be in the way of any other groups who were getting ready to perform. I walked up to Nari who had a bottle of water ready for me, I took the water from her and started chugging it while she touched up my makeup. Out of the corner of my eye, I could see someone running in my direction followed by a camera. "(Y/N)! I just listened to your album and let me tell you I love it," Jackson said while standing next to Nari who was now looking at me confused as to who this guy was. "I'm glad you like it Oppa. Also, Jackson, this is Nari my makeup artist, and Nari this is Jackson from Got7, remember when I went to go do a music video with them," she introduced herself but left soon after so that she could go clean up her station in the dressing room. "I want to introduce all the Ahgase to (Y/N)," Jackson said while gesturing to the camera so I turned to the camera and waved while forcing on a smile. "Hello, I'm (Y/N) from BTS, but some of you may remember me from the Stop Stop It music video. That's where I met Jackson," I said to the camera while Jackson stood beside me nodding to what I was saying. "Can I just say, you've improved so much since I last saw you, I can't believe you have a whole album now, I'd honestly someday love to make music with you," I smiled at the thought of making music with one of my friends outside of BTS, it seemed like fun and I felt like our voices would mesh well together. "I'd love to, tell Yugyeom to give you my number and we can talk about it," he started jumping up and down like a little girl who just confessed to her crush, "Did you hear that Ahgase (Y/N) wants to make music with me," I giggled at his antics since he was truly acting like a child right now. "(N/N), we have to go on stage now come on," I heard Yoongi yell from the end of the hall. "Good Luck (Y/N)!" Jackson shouted as I started walking away although he was trailing close behind.
"Today's first score is the album sales. Winners are BTS, next score is the fans' choice, winners BTS. Finally Mnet choice, winners are BTS. The grand winners for tonight are BTS," confetti shot out from the cannons on the side of the stage. I looked around at my members to see them all as equally shocked at the second win, Namjoon received the mic and trophy and gave a mini-speech, once he was done with his speech he handed me the mic. I panicked for a second and just looked at him with wide eyes before mustering up the courage to give a speech, "I just wanted to say thank you to the Army's who support us, without you this wouldn't have been possible, and," I took a pause and lowered the mic away from my face. I was on the verge of tears but I refused to cry in front of fans let alone on television. "I wanted to say thank you to my mom who I love dearly, and thank you for always supporting me," I handed off the mic to Yoongi not wanting to talk anymore before I broke down and started crying. After our speeches I Need U started playing again, Jungkook ran over to me with red lipstick in his hand and immediately started applying it all over my lips not caring if it even got on my lips or all over my face. I took the lipstick from him and started applying it on his lips which was hard to do since he was singing while I was trying to apply it. I eventually got some on him and moved on to try and put some on Taehyungs lips but when I saw him he was covered in lipstick. I burst out laughing hunching over and clutching my stomach from how hard I was laughing.
