We got put to work almost immediately after returning to Korea. Bang PD talked about recording our new album and making two music videos. He explained to us that we'd be recording 13 songs. As soon as we got home from that meeting, we had to go over our parts for the songs we were recording. It was nice being able to sit in my bed again without hearing construction noises or getting distracted by Nate or Tony. I was looking at the lyrics for our song War of Hormone and thought they were a bit explicit, but I liked it at the same time because I thought it would mean I could show a new side of myself. I was pulled out of my thoughts when Taehyung and Jungkook ran into the room shouting, "We're back home!" while jumping around the room until they both landed on the bed next to me. "Yes, we're home but now we have so much work to do," I whined not wanting to record an entire album and learn all the dances that came with it. "Too bad you chose to go to that audition so now you're stuck with us," Jungkook replied while taking the sheet of lyrics from my hands and reading over it. "well you better get ready for bed, we have to record all of this tomorrow," Taehyung explained making me roll my eyes and get up to get ready for bed.
I woke up bright and early to the sound of my alarm and not the sound of Tony and Nate. I sat up with a small frown on my face, as much as I might have been annoyed at the moment I missed L.A. it was time to get serious again, and instead get dressed to look slightly more presentable for our producers. I put on a simple pair of jeans with a black crop top. I was going to wait for the other members but decided to walk down to the garage by myself instead so I could get the recording over with since this was going to take all day to record. "Hello everyone," I said while walking into the garage and bowing 90 degrees. "Hello (Y/N), you're the first one here so we'll get started with you," My producer said encouraging me to get behind the recording mic, putting on the headphones while flipping to the song called Danger and looking through the lines I had highlighted. The first part I had to sing was the pre-course which included a bit of a high note at the end. I had done high notes before but I was having an off day so my voice kept cracking. "(Y/N), take a deep breath. You're in your head, you've hit notes higher than this close your eyes and think of why you want to be an idol," My producer's words helped me, although it wasn't always my intention to be an idol over the past year I realized that this was my dream, I got to be around people who truly cared about me and formed a family with these boys. I opened my eyes taking one last deep breath before giving it another try to record the slight high note I had to hit. "Okay, good job (Y/N), go ahead and take a break we'll let you know when to come back and record the next songs," Our producer explained to me making me let out a sigh of relief since I got break which meant I could go back to the dorm and get something to eat before I had to continue working. I started the walk up to the dorm lost in my thoughts of what I could make for a super late breakfast. I walked into the dorm and rushed over to the kitchen grabbing a pack of instant ramen from a cabinet filling it with water and putting it in the microwave waiting for it to heat up. "You're already done for the day?" A familiar voice questioned making me turn around and shake my head no. "No I'm taking a break and I haven't eaten anything today so I'm using this time to eat some breakfast," I replied to Taehyungs question. "What do you think about the new concept?" He questioned while slowly walking closer to me not stopping until he was right up against me pushing me back on the kitchen counter. "I think it's fun. I'll get to show off a new side of me since I'm closer to being an adult now," I replied with a smile on my face ignoring how close we were and how I could feel his hands on my hips. "I'd like to see that side of you, I think it'd be sexy," He commented in a husky-toned voice making me slightly nervous yet interested in this new attitude. I slowly felt myself leaning in closing the gap between our lips. He lifted me onto the counter positioning himself in between my legs. His hands were now on my thighs gripping them tight enough to leave a small red indent. "(N/N) You're next to go record again so hurry and get downstairs," I heard a voice yell at me from the doorframe making me break the passionate kiss I was having and running downstairs so I could get my last big of recording done. I ran into the garage slightly out of breath and still with a red flushed face getting weird stares from our producer and manager. "You better have not been doing anything with Taehyung. Just because you're dating doesn't mean you're an adult," Our manager commented making my face scrunch and blush a deeper red. "No, I was eating spicy noodles and the spice got to me," I replied trying to play it off because talking about such things with my manager would have felt wrong. "Okay, go ahead and get ready to continue recording, and after this get ready to go dye your hair with the other members unless you want to keep your washed-out blonde," He commented adding some attitude to the end of his sentence making me playfully scoff. "I need you to say oh yeah, but in English and make it seductive," My producer instructed, I did it a few times until he was finally satisfied and then we proceeded to record the rest of the songs I had left. "Get in the car everyone's waiting for you," My manager told me, I quickly ran out to the van climbed in, and took the only open seat there was next to Namjoon. "What color are you going to dye your hair," Namjoon asked me. I paused to think about it, I wanted to be different and not do such a natural color but I also didn't want something bright so it still fit the concept. "I want to do red, but all of my hair. I want it to be like a cherry red," I finally replied making him look at me and then my hair. "I think it would suit you, it would make you look more grown up," He commented. I wanted to look older since I was going to be 18 in a couple of months, which meant next year I was an adult according to Korean and people still saw me as a baby. "What are you going to do?" I returned the question being genuinely curious. "I want to do Pink so then if it fades I can just go blonde," He replied showing that he had thought about this. We soon got to the salon and parted ways going with the stylist that were going to be doing our hair. "I want to do a bright cherry red, I know it's going to take a while to do but I thought it would fit the concept," I explained to the stylist making her immediately agree with me and get started on doing my hair. To get the hair color she had to bleach my hair a lighter shade of blonde so it should show up as bright as I wanted it to be. After that, all she had to do was apply the red dye and let it sit before rinsing it out and styling it. She didn't technically have to style it but she just wanted to and I wasn't going to stop her if it meant I was going to look cute. I met up with the rest of the members to see the colors they decided only to see that Jin and Yoongi had done a red as well and that J-Hope had done a reddish brown. "You copied me," I playfully shouted catching the attention of the members leaving Taehyung with his jaw hanging low at my new hair color. Taehyung got a brownish blonde, Jimin went back to his natural brown, Jungkook went back to a Jet black, and Namjoon went with a light pink like he said he would. "You look your age now," Yoongi commented in a rather snarky tone. "You do too old man," he looked at me with a shocked expression but didn't dare scold me. That was something he couldn't do to me. He even said it himself that he didn't have the heart to scold me. We got in the car and finally went home enjoying the rest of the day, and spending the next few days perfecting all of the new dances we had learned.
