Epilogue

It has been a few months since Jason passed away but ever since I told Nick everything it was like it took a heavy burden off my shoulders. I managed to read all of Jason's letters which made me understand him more than I ever did. The letters became a huge part of my life and is now the reason why I have become successful in life.

I now live with Jason's parents (also mine) whereas Mag and Dave decided to adopt a child as they were feeling a little incomplete without a third person. I made a promise to Jason that I keep with the help of my in-laws. We brought an empty building and placed all of Jason's art work there for show. I was in charge of organising the exhibitions while Mom was in charge of pretty much everything else. However we always discussed everything with one another. As promised to Jason we called each exhibition 'The Batson exhibition' and to our surprise we were visited by many people. If we were lucky Mr. Peterson would bring some clients from abroad to see the wonders of Jason's artwork.

Ever since then my life had turned into something I never assumed. I had love, happiness but mostly I had a family. I was happy. I guess after all that pain I finally found my peace.
