Y/N's POV

I flushed my body further into the cotton white sheets. Sleep still evidently in my system, yet the woody and rich scent that wandered said sheets was enough to stir me awake.

"Ugh" I groaned, sitting up in the bed and scratching my eyes. "Where am I?" I looked around and got my answer soon enough as I noticed Shota's tired body sprawled out in the floor in his neon yellow sleeping bag.

Is he insane? Why would he sleep on the floor on a school night?

I stood from the bed, placing the naked soles of my feet on the frigid floor.

My legs folded until I sat on the floor next to the sleeping man.

He probably slept on the floor because of me...

I took a closer look at his peaceful sleeping face, a rare sight indeed.

I picked my finger up and began trailing along his features, his sturdy and stubbled jaw, his straight nose, those beautiful eyes, and the scar underneath.

The tracing of my fingers was gentle, given how he hadn't stirred even a little bit.

My movements became bold, my fingers now tangling in his raven, wavy hair.

Something about this man always found a way to comfort me, whether it was his soothing words, or calm demeanor, he's recently always been there, turning my once grey world, into a more hopeful colorful one.

My breaths became shallower as my heart beats began picking up speed.

Gosh, what am I thinking about. I clenched my face with both my hand and shook my head.

I must be going insane.

"What's the matter? Why did you stop?" A husky groaning voice said underneath me.

Why did you stop?! Was he awake?!

Now my heart was truly speeding, but instead of being caused by whatever feeling that was before, it was due to pure and utter embarrassment.

"Oh my god Shota, I'm so sorry, I didn't know you were awake, I mean not that I should touch you even if you are asleep-" I mutter as I scrambled on my feet.

Yet I tumbled to the ground as a hand dragged me down.

With a plop I landed on the thighs of a now sat up Shota. "Who said I didn't like it?" He said in a breathy murmur.

My hands trembled on either side of his body. I wasn't anywhere near his... wasn't near anywhere that would be considered indecent, but the air around us sure made feel like it was.

His hot breath was so intense, I could feel it on my shoulders that were barely covered by the fabric of a mere camisole.  Not my usual choice, but since I thought we were having a quick chat yesterday I didn't have any time to change.

The squishy sleeping bag acted as a barrier, a shield containing us from the other. "Do you... want me to continue?" I asked soothingly.

"I would love it." He replied in a silky yet gravelly tone, picking my hand and placing it on his hair. "Please Y/N." His usual commanding and cold eyes, looked just a bit softer today, a bit needier.

I sighed a laugh and scooted closer to his body, something I know I shouldn't have done and entangled my fingers in his hair once again.

"Mmm, just like that." He groaned as he hid his face in the crook of my neck.

I laughed softly. "Shota that tickles!"
