Chapter 38~

AIZAWA's POV

I drew labored breaths from my body as I sped walk my way into the Night eye agency.

The clouds furrowed together as a sprinkle of water begun pouring down. It hit my dark clothes like the realization that Y/N had been kidnapped and that it had been my fault.

If only I had beaten the villain earlier. If only I made her wait at the hospital. If only my phone hadn't died. If only...

Now, she's suffering all alone.

I open the door to the building and head to the front desk.

"May I have a talk with Sir Night Eye?" I asked the front desk lady exasperatedly.

She looked at me apologetically. "I'm sorry sir, but Night Eye isn't here right now."

"Do you have any idea when he'll be coming back?" 

"Probably in around 4 hours sir, they're busy investigating a suspect."

I sighed in defeat. "I understand, can I wait for him here?"

"Of course! Thank you for your patience."

"Mr. Aizawa?!" I familiar voice said from the entrance of the building.

There stood a soaked Midoriya, Mirio, Sir Night Eye, and Bubble Girl.

"What brings you here Mr. Aiz- Eraserhead?" he corrected himself.

"I've come to talk to Night Eye."

Night Eye pushed his glasses up his nose bridge. "Regarding what."

"About Kai Chisaki, the leader of the Shie Hassaikai."

His eyes widened for a quick second at the mention of the man, then he went back to his stoic face. "Follow me to my office. Mirio, Midoriya, you guys wait out here."

"Yes sir." The two boys said at the same time in a melancholic tone.

I begun walking behind Night Eye to his office, until the door locked behind us and Bubble Girl.

"What do you know about Kai Chisaki?" He asked straight to the point.

Great, I can't afford to be dilly dallying around the subject.

One of the UA faculty staff was kidnapped by him. Currently the school is holding the news under wraps but her absence is soon to create havoc."

"Are you positive it was Chisaki? You could be mistaken."

"I'm positive, Y/n- the school nurse- had past issues with a man named "Kai" she didn't know his last name or that he was affiliated with the Chie Hassaikai. He started sending her messages that really triggered her, she also shared how at the end of their relationship, he confessed to being part of a Yakuza organization while... hurting her." I took a deep breath. "Additionally the security cameras of a nearby store, caught three of his lackies."

Night Eye looked deep in thought. "Then there's really no doubt, he was the abductor." he sighed. "I was actually planning on hosting a meeting tomorrow where I invited some heroes in the area like yourself to talk about him. Chisaki was spotted today by Mirio and Midoriya, with a child."

"A child?" I asked surprisingly, if he had any children Y/N would've probably noticed, right?

"It seems like it's his daughter... However, when they found the girl, she was all covered in bandages while crying. We also found in an abandoned place where the Yakuza and the League of Villains fought a bullet that contained the power to eliminate a quirk temporarily, upon closer inspection, it was declared to be blood, the blood of a child."

My mouth shot to my mouth.

He wouldn't dare.

"Did he...?"

"Yes, we're sure that Kai Chisaki is using his daughter's blood to make quirk deleting bullets. He might still be trying to achieve perfection with the bullets but for now lets assume he has. We need to find his location and arrest him.

If that cruel man is willing to torture his own daughter, just what will he do with Y/N? Where will he stop?

"So tell me Eraserhead, although I'll ask more formally in tomorrow's meeting, would you like to join me?"

Was he serious ? One of the most precious people to me was  just kidnapped, does he expect me to be calm and hesitant.

"I'll definitely work along side you Night Eye, I have to."

"Then let's start laying down our plans."

Y/N I promise I'll safe you
