Chapter 26

After talking with Jiang Yanli, I directly went to look for the next person I need to see.

Nie Huaisang

I found him in the guest quarters assigned for the Nie's, designing his fan.

" Young Master Nie, May I talk to you in private? I have matters to discuss with you." I said formally as I have seen some disciples probably watching over him.

" Of course Young Lady Lan." He responded and all the disciples left us alone in the room.

I placed a silencing talisman in the corner to make sure no one can eavesdrop on us.

" So? What's the news?" He asked.

" How much do you love fans?" I responded with another question.

" Huh? Where is this heading?" He's confusingly asked.

" Well, I know you love fans so much, but your brother always force you to cultivate. What if I told you there is a way to cultivate and you are required to keep your fan." I said with a smug smile.

" But I don't like swords nor sabers. Those things are heavy."

" So what if I told you there's no need for sabers and swords and all that heavy things for this cultivation, only fans, what do you think? Will you cultivate if so?" I asked.

" Probably. Why'd you ask?"

" Well uncle just told me something. Some days from now someone will come here in cloud Recesses, and that someone is willing to take four disciples, not more not less. He is teaching his cultivation method which happens to be in your cup of tea, and that is fan cultivation. So you willing or not." I explained.

" But I'm not so sure if I'm the best at that. You know that I was never good at cultivation. My core is even weak, so how can I survive?"

" Don't worry, this cultivation technique do not require a strong core like swords and sabers, but you will develop a strong core once you master it. Don't worry, I myself has no core, so is Yanli-jie who will be training with us. So let's develop together." I told him hoping he'll be convince.

" Okay I'm in." He said with a smile. Thank all the Gods he agreed. Noe I only have one more person to convince.

" But I have a small request can we secret? I don't want Da-ge to know about this so please don't tell anyone yet until we all are good enough." He requested.

" Of course, I was about to say the same thing and Shijie also requested the same thing. Seems like we all think alike." I said with a smile.

" Wait do if it is four whose the other one? Young Lady Jiang, you, and I, so that's three. Whose the other one?" He asked.

" I'll tell you later. I have to make sure he's okay with it first. Let's meet in my quarters later for our first meeting as fellow disciples. You good with that?" I informed him.

" I'll be there." He responded.

" So for now I have to go and meet the other one so that later we all could meet." I said and went my way for the last member.

I feel like forming the Avengers.

Anyway, so I went on my way to look for the last member. I know for sure he's strong and he's kind. He's also loyal and I know he's the perfect for this. Not to mention, he is also one of the 'unseen' character when he was alive so yeah, it's good to be seen.

I finally found him, the fourth member, collecting herbs at the back of the mountains.

" Young Master Wen." I greeted.

" Young Lady Lan." He said bowing. " Please call me Wen Ning." He continued

" How are you? " I said trying to have small talks first.

" I'm good Young Lady Lan, thanks for asking. How about you?"

" I'm feeling great and please call me Yanyan, I know I'm older so if your not comfortable you can call me Yan-jie or Shijie." I told him.

" What brings you here S-shijie? Am I doing something against the rules? is.... is it not allowed to pick herbs here? My jiejie said I need to collect this for something."

My god.... The book and show did not give justice to the adorable-ness of this character. He's beyond adorable.

" I actually want to talk to you." I said.

" I know sometimes you feel useless, which infact untrue since you bring too much value in this world, but yeah I get that sometimes we feel weak specially in this cultivation world. So I have an offer."

" What is it. " He asked

" Some days from now someone will come. A cultivator willing to take 4 disciples to teach an unknown method but strong cultivation method. This method, unlike sword cultivation that needs to form a golden core before you can cultivate, it requires minimal to no spiritual energy. Golden core would form while training. All we need is determination. So are you willing to join? " I asked.

" What cultivation technique is it?"

" Fan Cultivation. Don't worry, you won't be alone with this, Me, Jiang Yanli and Nie Huaisang would join you while training. I do know you have a potential that's why I approached you."

" I don't know... I-I don't even belong to the same class as the three of you, I am weak and I don't think I can do it." He said shakily.

" Do you want to help your sister? * He nodded* Do you want to be stronger to protect her and yourself? * He nodded* so join us. We will not tell anybody we are training unless we are strong enough. This is to ensure our safety, specially you, we don't know what the wens are capable of." I said which made him agree.

" Thank you for agreeing Wen Ning. Let's meet later, the four of us, in my quarters for a meeting. It is better if the four of us are comfortable with each other before we start our training. It will help the four of us. I can also call uncle to give us advice and to help us hide our training."

" Can I tell jiejie about this?" He asked.

" I'm sure Qing -jie will be happy to know you'll be training. But please tell her to keep it a secret." I answered.

" I will. Thank you so much shijie. " He said as he walk away.

So know I guess I need to tell uncle the group is ready and we'll be meeting later. I should also prepare my quarters to. What if we will cook together later. Oh well the Avengers will assemble... Wait am I Tony Stark right now?  I'm too full of nonsense... I'll just prepare everything.
