Ok ya'll have spoken. All hail the mighty poll. At 83%to 17% Brayden Jones is about to meet a very messy end at the hands of a few of the kids he bullied his entire life. However, I can't just write death without more of a reason...it's an actual chapter. It's a two parter. Part 1 is the reason. Part 2 is the consequence. With that said...this literally has nothing to do with the main story don't feel like you have to read it. If you do...I hope you have fun I guess. RIP(not) Braydon Jones.

Special thanks to ImCrazyAboutFood247 , dinoviolet , OnlyJemma19 , and OwlieCatLady . We'll meet most of you in part 2. I hope I did the characters and story you had envisioned with me justice. Please forgive me any liberties I took. Seriously though...I love you guys...even if the only way I know you is through the comments section of my books.

⚠️Braydon is gross. Again sorry not sorry. Attempted kidnapping. Attempted violence. Rough language and cursing. Some poorly written horror comedy...trying to fit my friends together in my stories because it makes me happy.⚠️

Preface: Part 1

It's the second week of January. School has started again for Enid, Ever, and Wednesday. Wednesday is spending a lot of time back in the labs at the college trying to finish up her last bit of studying before she starts her internship with the State medical examiners office. She leaves home early and gets home late. That gives Ever and Enid a lot of time alone together. They've grown even closer at this point. They always spend the evenings together. Minus one nightly tea party or the occasional sparring session with one of her grandparents. Today, Enid is unfortunately held up by unforeseen events with other students. Ever is currently waiting for her outside. What was only supposed to take a few minutes has taken quite a bit longer.

Ever Ursula Addams is sat in front of the school on the edge of a large concrete planter. The American flag and the state flag of New Jersey tower over her head and flap in a light late afternoon breeze. The bright winter sun is beginning to set behind the building for Essex Fells Elementary School. Ever kicks her feet and has her arms crossed over her chest. Her jaw is set. She's the perfect picture of a little Wednesday. Shes exactly where Enid told her to wait. She's only a little bit impatient. It's a completely new experience. She had never had to wait before. Someone was always there. All she had to do before was walk out of the school and into a car. Almost immediately Ever decided waiting definitely didn't suit her.

Ever jumped down and began to pace. Her mom was taking entirely too long. She had a schedule to keep after all and at this point her homework was going to be done late and her early evening tea with Great Grandmama would more than likely be cold by the time she got there. Every was agitated. This delay would set the tone for her entire evening. She looked at the door leading back into the building and sighed. She was debating walking home on her own but so far had decided against it. It was something she had never done before...yet. The only thing keeping her from leaving was the panic she knew it would cause Enid.

Suddenly a door to another part of the building bursts open behind her. Braydon Jones and another male teacher exited. Both men are talking and joking loudly. Braydon pushes the other man and makes an obscene gesture. Ever scrunched her face as she locks eyes with the fifth grade science teacher Mr. Clark. It was obvious he hadn't expected anyone else to be around. He froze mid motion eyes wide like a deer caught in headlights grabbing the attention of Braydon Jones. "Dude? What?" Braydon mocked as his eyes followed the locked gaze of his buddy.

A sinister grin crossed Braydon's face. He and Mr. Clark had a hushed conversation at the end of which he whisper yelled something to the extend of 'Bro go. I'll catch you later' to Mr. Clark. Mr. Clark shook his head and continued walking to his car.
