Wednesday woke up covered in nothing but her bedsheets and a few hickeys. Bright morning light filtered into her room causing her to shield her eyes. She stretched her limbs, her joints softly popped as she moved for the first time in hours. She felt good. Admittedly she was a little sore, but in a good way. In the best way. As she thought about the night before, she blushed slightly and smiled softly to herself . 'Who would have thought?' Wednesday's heart was full.

Wednesday instinctively reached back looking for her lover only to find her spot in the bed cold and empty. Everything she was feeling only moments prior had shifted. Wednesday felt her stomach drop. She listened. There wasn't anyone in the bathroom, nor in her closet. Her eyes shot open wider. Did Enid leave? Did she regret what had happened between them? Was it too much? Was she too much? The very thought made her breathe hitch and her chest tight. The sensation was both unexpected and unwelcome. Wednesday felt like the floor had dropped from beneath her. She felt like she was falling. She knew she would feel different. She'd feel closer to Enidin a way. The curse would intensify her attachment. She expected some kind of dramatic and drastic something. They had had sex. Something she wasn't even sure she wanted before, but especially after Tyler. For years she believed he had ruined her in a way. Even if she did want someone, they wouldn't want her back.

She was wrong. Oh how wrong. She did want it. With Enid she did, and having a rough idea of what happened to her, Enid still wanted her. She wasn't ruined. She was cared for. Enid was so loving, so gentle and careful. It was everything her first time was supposed to be. It was also their first time together. It would set the pace for everything. Hopefully in a good way, but if she messed it up it was over before it even really started. Most people put such a high value on sex in a relationship. If it was bad and Enid left she would be devastated. So, it was a big deal at least to Wednesday. She had given Enid something, a piece of herself she could never get back. She had spent five plus years thinking Tyler had stolen that piece from her, but she was wrong. It was still hers to give, and the fact that it was with Enid Sinclair meant everything to her. But did it really mean as much to her girlfriend? The wolf herself had stated she had had 'a lot of sex' in the past. Was she good enough? Wednesday was uncharacteristically spiraling. She was overwhelmed and overthinking. She needed to find Enid.

Before she had time to act further Wednesday heard soft footsteps in the hall and smelled freshly prepared food. The knob turned and her door slowly opened. There was Enid dressed in Wednesday's black silk robe and nothing else humming softly to herself. The soft skin of her neck and collar bone that peeked out was speckled here and there with a light dusting of soft reds and deep purples a testament to their time together. Her hair was messy sticking up at awkward angles. Her smile was radiant. She looked beautiful. The ache in Wednesday's chest eased significantly. Their eyes locked. Enid's smile drooped slightly. "Awe you're up." She sulked. "I wanted to surprise you. I was hoping I'd get to wake you up with tons of morning kisses and my delicious cooking." Enid teased. "I hope you don't mind, I was absolutely starving and thought you might be too." She winked playfully. "I don't mind at all. The food is a pleasant surprise thank you." Wednesday stated.

Enid beamed setting the plates down on Wednesday's desk. She sat on the bed next to her and took Wednesday's hands into her own kissing the back of one. "Sorry I wasn't here when you woke up. Good morning. I love you. How are you feeling today?" She stated sweetly. Wednesday paused. "Good morning my love. I'm well. I feel surprisingly good. I love you too." Wednesday smiled causing Enid to grin. "Enid, you can still kiss me you know. Whenever you'd like to. I, I'm yours to kiss." Wednesday blushed she leaned into Enid.
