I'm sorry for the glaring mistakes in the last chapter. Moving forward I'll make sure not to rush quite so much and to edit better. I just really wanted to put something out, and it was taking me longer than I expected it to. I fully stand by my content, however parts of the execution were excruciatingly flawed. There will always unfortunately be a few small mistakes. I both write and edit on my phone so I can hop on whenever I have a free moment, but the last chapter was rife with them. For that I owe you all an apology. I'm sorry.

Small Time Skip
Summary

A couple of weeks have passed. Everyone at the school was surprised to see how well and how quickly Ever had healed, but they also didn't question it. She was an Addams after all. You never question the Addams family if you valued your life. Everything is going well. Wednesday and Enid have gone out on a couple of amazing dates. They spent time together when they could. They even took Ever to a Christmas parade and out ice skating and sledding a few times just the three of them. Ever is happy with their new arrangement. She truly does love Enid. Enid has even stayed at the manor a few times.

Wednesday has finished her classes and her finals with perfect grades as usual and started the break between semesters. She took the notes she had jotted down from time to time for her new book and hit the ground running with it. She had just finished writing about half, and is getting ready to launch the new book to her publisher and the public. In the new volume, Viper De La Muerta realizes her mistake from her last novel and finds her way back to Clair, the love of her life, after finding out Clair's life has been threatened by a former foe. Viper will do anything to protect her beloved. Even laying down her own life. Of course there's still blood, gore, and one hell of a mystery to unravel but she's learned to balance all parts of her stories. The novel is poised to be another best seller.

Enid and Wednesday have talked with Principal Greenwood about their newly formed relationship. She saw no problem with it. Enid doesn't show Ever any favoritism. There were however two ground rules they had to follow. No PDAs at the school, and Ever has to continue to call Enid Ms. Sinclair while they are in class until the end of the school year then they will reassess. The school's staff holiday party is coming up on the 21st, and Enid is going to ask Wednesday to go with her. Screw baby steps. Enid was ready to go all in. She just hasn't told Wednesday yet. She's afraid to scare her off. She has the full support of the Addams Family now, but Enid still hasn't told her family about Wednesday and Ever yet. Her family opted to brush her off for Christmas like they did for Thanksgiving saying there was no room for a single wolf unless she wanted to stay in a hotel. How wonderful of them. Even if she had told them they'd still probably do the same if not finally cut her off completely.

There was about a week left of school before the holiday break. The students had been preparing for a school wide assembly where each grade had to present something holiday(s) related. The kindergartners were tasked with presenting their family's 'Winter Holiday Traditions'. Enid has been presenting as many as possible in class. Children were picking those that best resembled their own and the class was going to share them at the assembly. Everything was going smoothly. Ever wouldn't tell Enid what she chose, but said she had a few. Three to be exact. She was busy working on a costume at home with her great grandmama that Enid was not allowed to see. No one thought this was a problem...yet. Enid had started picking Ever up in the morning and dropping her off at the manor after school. They ride together most days now.

Yoko is still with Celeste. They've grown very close. They spend most of their time at Celeste's town house now. The home that Yoko  bought to share with Enid now sits empty most days until Enid gets home if she goes home. Yoko was pretty miffed that she missed what she was calling the 'birth of Wenclair', or the 'Wenception,' but she's immensely happy for Enid and Wednesday. She said it was 'about damn time.' She teased Wednesday relentlessly about how dense she was back in high school, and about how ALL of the mellow drama could have been avoided if she hadn't wanted so desperately to avoid being a slave to technology. Wednesday usually glared, flipped her off or both.
