Chapter 37
Katniss' POV
"Haymitch?" I asked.
"Nah, ya don't say." he replied. "But there's no time for questioning. Come with me," I had no choice but to be pulled along the hallway.
"Where are we and why do you look so stressed?" I asked, even though he told me not to.
"And you say I look stressed? You'll see where we are once we arrive."
"But you-" my mouth was covered by Haymitch.
"Keep quiet! Watch and listen." he hushed me.

I can't believe it. Is that seriously gonna happen? So this includes them?" I bombarded Haymitch and Effie with questions, gesturing my large bump.
"That's what it appears to be. It's very shameful," Effie replied.
"So I can't do anything about it?" I gasped.
"Nope, unless you want to start another rebellion and cause loads more to die, then no. Sorry."
"Dammit!" I yelled, chucking the chair across the room and stabbing the placemat.
"Mahogany!" Effie pointed. If I was happier, I would be laughing, but I'm not, so I didn't. Who would be if they just found out that their kids are more likely to be in the Games? And the Games gets harder each year! I guess I'll have to teach them right from the start...
Peeta's POV
Ever had that thought that something bad is going to happen? I'm having that right now!
I should've gone with Katniss, I know something is wrong. I just have a feeling there's something wrong.
As I pace up and down the kitchen, I hear the phone ringing.
It's Gale.
Seriously Gale? Why call at this time?
I left the phone ring and vibrate until I decided it was enough. Gosh, he seriously doesn't give up that easily.
I picked up to hear him exclaim, "YOU SON OF A BITCH! YOU TAUGHT HER WRONG! She was mine, and now you've messed everything up!"
"Hello to you too, Gale. And by the way, she was never your's. You were the one who upset her most by killing her only sibling!"
"Whatever. You messed everything up and you can't admit it?"
"Admit what?"
"That you're wrong about the Games,"
"What do you mean...?"
"Don't you know?"
"No..."
"Good. I'll leave you to find out."
Weird. . .
Scratch that, worrying!
Anything bad that involves my wife is worrying! She's been out for three and a half hours already and has not called me or replied my texts! I didn't think she'd take that long. Now i think this has something to do with Gale. It's been him all along, then he blew it by killing Prim.
I should've known.
Ring, ring.
Cliché ringtone choice, I know. But we didn't have much time to think about that.
