Chapter 12

Andrews POV (Danny's Cousin)

"Flight, twenty four to America is now boarding." Sighing I stood up grabbing my luggage. The three girl's that had been staring at me for over half an hour sighed with disappointment. Now, that made me smile. Don't get me wrong, I love girls it's just sickening being stared at all the time. Plus none of them even held a candle to her. Giving the three of them a nod. I walked over to the where the flight was boarding. The flight attendants face lit up as I gave her my ticket. "Your in first class. Please come with me." She then began guiding me down the hall to the first class portion of the plane. The whole time she tried to strike up conversation, making me mentally groan. This was the one reason I hated going on planes, or out in public anywhere. It was just shameful how all the girls threw them selves at me. I'm okay with talking and dating, but it's almost impossible to find someone that doesn't want me because of my title in the werewolf world and my modeling career in the human world. All the attention gets sickening and sometimes I just want someone that wants me for me, not because of anything else. I want someone like her. I want her, but I ruined that years ago.

"Here, is your seat. If you need anything, anything at all just ask." She trailed one of her deathly skinny fingers down my arm. Man, does this girl ever eat. "Excuse me, stop tormenting the passengers and go back to coach where your assigned." A deep voice scolded. She pulled her hand away as fast as humanly possible and ran away without saying a word. Left in her place was a man in his twenty's. His brown hair was partly in his face and his brown eyes were the friendly one's of one of my friends."Sorry about her, Prince." I had some how managed to miss his scent when he walked into the area. "Johnson, what are you doing here?" "Eating sandwiches. What does it look like I'm doing?" He sat down at the open chair beside me. "Baby sitting me, because my father and Grandfather doesn't trust me." "It's not that...It's just they were worried because you wouldn't tell them why you suddenly have to leave to your cousin's pack with out a time limit." "What do they think I'm going to do blow up the pack?"

Johnson was always sent with me no matter what I was doing. They never explained why they scent him, just something about being nervous. It's Danny's pack for peep sake. Uncle Stan basically raised me till I was sixteen in the pack. Three years later, they're freaking out about me going there. "No...its more like..." "Like they think I'm going to see how happy Danny and Uncle Stan is with not claiming their royal blood and want to do the same." He just nodded. "Well, I can't say I blame them. I hate this. Is it really that bad to want a normal life? One where I can go home to a mate that loves me. To want friends I know are friends because they like me for me. I want to be respected for things I do and not a tittle I was given at birth. Look at Danny, he has an unbelievable strong pack and is respected in most eyes. People know of his real tittle, but that's not why they respect him. They respect him because of his strengths, and how he didn't think twice about sending people from his pack to help another after a rogue attack. They respect him because he deserves respect, I don't." Everything I was saying felt completely true. Even my wolf was agreeing with it and he was the one that always loved the respect.

"Andrew, you are important. Your the Prince, The one people look up to." "They shouldn't, it's not like I do anything. Do you want to know the reason why I'm going to Danny's?" His brows pulled together not understanding what it had to do with anything. He nodded his head anyways. "I'm going because Danny found his mate. He called me asking for help because he didn't know what to do. She has the first female wolf, but from what he said her story seems even more complicated then that. I'm going because besides wanting to meet my cousins mate, it's my job to help him do everything I can to protect her, one of the most special wolves in the world. It's the right thing to do and I'm sick of waiting around and getting respect for nothing. I'm doing this to help earn only a portion of what I'm given." I didn't mention that I secretly wanted to see her again, or that I wanted to unsay everything I said three years ago. That wouldn't end good especially sense he doesn't even now she exists. Johnson didn't say a word. He didn't even nod in agreement or understanding. He turned his head like I didn't just rant for ten minutes straight and put in his head phones.
