Chapter 9
Danny POV
"Danny!" My back was to the woods as I stood in the middle of the field. I was talking to a group of guys that weren't training. "Danny!" Ashlynn yelled, again running towards me. Before I knew it her delicate arms were wrapped around my waist. "Did you enjoy yourself, baby?" "Yes." She giggled into my back. She was so happy and full of joy. It was defiantly the happiest she has ever been. "Good, because I missed you." Taking her hand I brought her in front of me and gave her a small kiss. "I missed you too." Her voice was full of a sigh as she laid her head on my chest.
"Um....so are we still up for tonight?" Paul awkwardly stood in front of us. He rocked back and fourth on his feet, which I didn't quite understand. He already met Ashlynn before, but I guess I never mentioned that she was my mate, not just some girl. "Yeah, We are still on for tonight ." "What's tonight?" Ashlynn asked giggling. She was so happy and full of complete real joy, I don't think it was possible for her not to giggle due to her happiness. "Oh, we are..." "Angel, I told you this morning it was a surprise." Ashlynn pouted at me for cutting Paul off. "But Danny..." She looked up at me with the cutest face I had ever seen. Her eyes were big making the blue in them to look even kinder and her lips where drawn into a cute natural pout, making them look even more kissable then I thought possible. From that moment I was putty in her hands, there was no way I could not give into her. "Baby, I want to keep it a surprised. If I'm right it will be your first time." I gave all of the last energy I had before giving in. Paul's eyes grew wide from surprised. How can someone not gone bowling before? I could basically hear his unasked question. "Danny...I haven't done many things." "I know, baby." With that I did the only thing that could keep me from telling her, I captured her lips with mine.
It was like every time I kissed her the kiss became more intense. Every kiss made me want to mate with her more and more. She became more and more perfect. The intensity and passion of the kiss was way more then I expected and any other kiss we had. I pulled her flat against me. One of my hand's was laced in her sexy hair and the other rested against the small of her back. She pulled and tugged at my hair trying to get closer. When the small moan came from the back of her throat, I knew I had to pull away. If I didn't, we were going to get carried away. I didn't exactly want our first time together to be in the middle of a field filled with people. Pulling away I looked down at her beautiful blue and green eyes. Her light curly brown hair surrounded her angel like face. She was the most beautiful and perfect person I had ever seen in my life. Her hot mint breath was fanning across my face as she fought to catch her breath. "Your so freaking beautiful." I finally panted out. Light blush rose to her cheeks making her look even more angelic.
"You two should just mate. That way maybe I can go one day without seeing you attacking my older sister's face." Tanner said walking over. I completely forgot about Paul who was still awkwardly standing there. I didn't feel bad. I mean why would I? He would be the same way when he meets his mate. "I will never get enough of your beautiful, hot, and sexy sister." This caused Ashlynn to turn even brighter and Tanner gag with discuss. Feeling proud with making him so uncomfortable, a smirk plastered its self to my face. "Okay...Ew. I just found out she's my sister and I think that was one of the grossest things you've ever said. Mainly because you actually mean it." Brandon joined the small group that we were in.
"Do you and Conner do anything, ever?" Ashlynn asked with a little irritation in her voice. "What do you mean?" Brandon asked completely confused. "She's talking about the fact that the two of you seem to be around us no matter what. Also how you guys are always ready to add in your opinion. It's almost like you seek it." He just shrugged. "We've always been like this. I have few memories that I actually enjoyed that you and Conner aren't in them." He wasn't making that up. The three of us were raised together. We ate together, did the same sports, ware the same type of clothes, went to the same school, trained together, just hung out together, and now they help me run a pack, it's been that way sense we were little. I think it will always be like that too. I mean sure we have our differences, plenty of them, but the three of us work together. They are one of the reasons that I managed to run one of the strongest packs without a mate.
