Hiii guys! Quick update for ya, enjoy :)
DISCLAIMER-I own nothing but the plot, blah blah blah. And I didn't watch Faking It last night so please don't spoil anything!

"...It's been a while since we've had a girls night, just the two of us," Karma said with a smile over the phone with her friend.
Amy could feel a blush creeping on her face, satisfied that Karma was the one to actually suggest hanging out. These days, she was so busy with Liam and all her other extracurricular activities (such as choir and debate team), so it was a pleasant surprise to know that she still wanted to make time for her.
"Really? You're not too busy..?" The blonde questioned.
"What? No! Not for you, anyway."
Butterflies ran wild in Amy's stomach as her blush deepened; Karma had no idea what she was doing to her.
That's what was so strange; no matter how hard Amy tried to resist and not turn into mush every time she saw Karma, it was just impossible. And Karma never caught on-she was so clueless, so innocent, all while the blonde was pouring her heart out and making a complete and total fool of herself more and more each day.
"Uh, Ames? Hello..?" Karma raised an eyebrow.
"O-Oh, um, I'm here. Sorry.."
"..Are you okay? You're so out of it.."
"I'm good, honest! It's just that basketball has been kinda intense lately. Getting back into the swing of it is fun, but hard work. I'm fine." She tried her hardest to be convincing enough and pretend that everything was okay, just like she'd been doing for years.
"Alrighty, well, I'll be over in 20, okay? Ahh, I can't wait!" Karma squealed excitedly, just like they were little kids again.
Amy grinned, heart thumping. "Same here."
---
As promised, Karma arrived about 20 minutes later.
"Hey best friend!" She grinned, jumping into the girl's arms and giving her a hug.
Amy melted into the touch, softening. Karma's hugs were one of the only things that kept her going.
'You should stay right here forever,' she thought, looking down at the beautiful girl and smiling softly. She didn't care if that sounded creepy-if she had things her way, she'd always hold Karma because in her arms was where she belonged.
"Ready to party? I brought our favorite snacks-popcorn, gummy bears, oreos, f-"
Once again, Amy tuned the girl out. She just couldn't help it. She started focusing on just how adorable Karma was; her long soft brown hair was pulled up into a messy bun with a few loose strands hanging down, and she just looked so happy to be in Amy's presence, which ultimately made her happy. Especially because Liam hadn't been mentioned and she wanted to keep it that way.
"A! Did you hear me?"
Amy jumped. "Sorry-I zoned out when you mentioned gummy bears," she lied with a small laugh, wanting to run and hide in the closet.
Literally.
"You're such a goof," Karma chuckled with an eye roll. She reached up and kissed Amy on the cheek before smiling and pulling off her blouse.
"Let's change out of these clothes and into some sweats!" She exclaimed as if it was no big deal at all.
But oh, had she done it now. Because at that very moment, Amy was pretty sure she'd died and was currently floating up into the afterlife.
Not only did Karma kiss her (it was on the cheek, but it meant something!), but she'd also taken off her shirt, exposing her perfectly round breasts under a pink silk bra.
"Ohgodohgodohgodohgod," Amy had chanted in her mind, trying to even her breathing.
The blonde gulped. "Right behind you, Karms," she said as normal as she could possibly be, before heading upstairs to her room.
How was she going to survive this night?
---
Later on, both girls were curled up on the couch, cuddling and watching a movie on Netflix.
"Ooh, this is my favorite part!" Karma exclaimed, eyes lighting up.
She then burst into laughter, clapping excitedly.
Amy just watched fondly, laughing as well. She'd missed moments like this so much-it's what made them close and if she had to wish for anything, she'd wish that things like this, the valuable times where they cuddled or laughed or jokingly made fun of each other, would last forever. Nothing gave her more joy than feeling so in touch with Karma.
"Hey, Karms?"
"Hmm?" The girl hummed, looking into Amy's bright green eyes and smiling curiously.
"I love you."
"I know-you've been saying it a lot more lately. But-"
"But..?" Amy pressed.
"..But I like it; no one makes me feel more appreciated than you, honestly. And I love you more, goofball." She laughed, grabbing a popcorn kernel from the bowl and throwing it at her.
Amy just smiled-feeling completely blissful and lucky to be where she was and to have a girl like her.
"We should stay right here
We should lay right here
Cause everything is okay right here..."
