Hey fam! New update, yaass ⌒.⌒
Who's pumped for faking it?? AUGUST 31ST. BE THERE OR BE A LIAM/KARMA SHIPPER (I don't even know their ship name, but tbh I don't care! Oops).
I've got my pizza and Bastille and I'm ready to write! But, of course, by the time this is uploaded, it'll have obviously already been written. So just imagine that I'm writing now, and you'll read later, cause that's what's happening..if that makes sense. Lol.
DISCLAIMER-I own nothing but the plot and am not affiliated with the cast of faking it or anyone involved, even though I wish I was! I am not making a profit off of this, which explains why I'm broke af, and any similarities to a particular story or event are purely coincidental. And I'm still torn about Theo (OR SHOULD I SAY ANTHONY) and Lauren. Do you hear my tears?!?!

"Amy, sweetie, remember that we have dinner tonight with Bruce and Lauren!" Farrah called from the laundry room.
Amy was sitting on the couch, playing video games. She groaned under her breath. Great..' She thought to herself.
"Mom, do-"
"Yes, you have to wear a dress!" Farrah called, finishing the question for her daughter.
Amy wanted to slam her head into the wall. She groaned loudly.
"Oh, don't be such a drama queen! Now you really remind me of me at your age," Farrah said with a chuckle. She pulled a blue dress out of the laundry hamper and tossed it to the girl. "You haven't worn this in forever," she said.
"There's a reason.." Amy mumbled, looking at the dress in disgust. It wasn't even ugly-it was just a simple ocean blue lace dress with an open back, but she just hated dresses.
"Deal with it, kid," she said. "Remember what I said-I really like Bruce, and YOU said you'd try to have a positive attitude about this all!"
'Shoot. She's right,' Amy thought in annoyance. She sighed, nodding. "Alright, alright, fine. I'll wear the dress. I'm really just in this for the food, though!"
"Fine by me. As long as you're on your best behavior." Farrah laughed, smacking Amy on the butt.
The blonde stuck her tongue out at her mom and they both laughed. Right now, things were pretty good. Her mom seemed way happier now that she was with Bruce. Maybe he did have a good effect on her.
She just hoped things would stay that way.

Later that night, when Amy was in her room getting ready to go to dinner, she looked at her reflection in the mirror. She wouldn't dare admit it, but she thought she looked good in the dress-it fit her lanky frame and she felt kind of..pretty.
She blushed as she imagined Karma looking at her in the dress. The brunette would probably freak out and gush over how she had the 'cutest best friend in the world'. She then imagined the girl unzipping the dress and pressing soft kisses on her smooth back. It sent chills down Amy's spine and she quickly had to think of something else before she did something crazy like drool or pass out.
She thought of Lauren. The girl had initially seemed stone cold and bratty, but Karma was probably right; it was most likely because she was just as uncomfortable about Farrah and Bruce dating as Amy was.
But, would it kill her to be a little nicer?
Amy just decided to go with the flow and hope for the best. Hopefully everyone would get along-now, she knew she wouldn't start calling Bruce 'dad' right off the bat and she and Lauren wouldn't be best friends, but at the same time, she hoped the night wouldn't end with someone getting a fork in their neck.
