INGREDIENTS:
I tilapia fish, cut into four pieces
1 small onion, chopped
2 large tomatoes, chopped into cubes
1 teaspoon of white pepper
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 green pepper, finely chopped
11/2 cup of water
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons of oilMETHOD:
Clean the fish inside and out well.Add the onions, green pepper and oil and cook on a slightly high flame.
Add the curry powder and saute well, add the white pepper and live it to boil for 5minutes.
Add the tomatoes and cover then let it cook for 1 minute.
Add the water in pan and add salt and stir till the salt dissolves then add the fish pieces and cover and let it cook on a low flame for 20 minutes.
Best served with vegetable rice, pilao.
