~Ugandan Pancakes~

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of cassava flour
7 small ripe yellow bananas
2 cups of oil (any)
Sugar if necessary

TOOLS NEEDED:
Sieve
2 pans
Shaping molds
Chopping board
Rolling pin

METHOD:
Sieve the flour, carefully until the flour is free of any dirt, when done put aside.

Peel the ripe bananas and add them to the flour.

Mix the two(flour and bananas) until it forms a firm dough.

Make balls from the dough, then roll one ball on the chopping board(make sure the skin is not thin it has to be a bit thick).

Then get the shaping molds and make shapes from the dough, use any shaping mold of your choice.

When done keep the shapes aside and fill the pan with the two cups of oil and let it heat up.

When the oil is heated start dropping in the shapes but just a few required.

Precaution: Do not drop the shapes in oil anyhow be absolutely careful.

Cook the pancakes till golden brown.

Serve hot with Tea, coffee.
Mainly eaten during breakfast.
