~Maize porridge~

INGREDIENTS
100g maize flour
1 litre water
Sugar

METHOD
Bring water to the boil

Mix maize flour with water to smooth paste in a two three litre pan.

Pour the boiling water over the maize paste and stir.

Put on fire and keep stirring adding more water if the porridge is too thick. Cook until boiling.

Reduce the heat and leave the porridge to boil for 15minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve hot with sugar and milk.
