- Ella's POV -

I brought Kim back to our room before anybody saw her tomato coloured face and tatted hair. She linked arms with me and entered the bedroom.

"So.. Are you going to tell me why you're so upset?" I asked as we sat down on Kim's bed, she sighed and glanced at the floor.

She began looking around the room for something without saying anything, I watched her. She ran over to her desk and grabbed a notepad and a pen then started to write something down on the empty page.

She ripped it out of the notepad and handed the page to me, I took it off her and looked down.

'I have a problem with talking, I can't speak very well' The note said.

I looked up at her and pouted. She shrugged her shoulders and sat beside me again.

"You can't speak at all?.. Or.." I was very confused. Kim began to write on another empty page then she handed it to me.

'I have a bad stutter. I don't like to speak often'

I nodded in understanding.

"I don't really care if you have a stutter, I wouldn't judge you by it. You can talk to me Kim" I said with a sympathetic smile, she looked at me and bit her lip.

I waited in desperation for Kim to speak.. But she just stared at me in fear.

"What d-do I say?" She said before laughing. I began to scream and cheer while clapping, she looked at me weirdly. I danced around the room and jumped on her bed and she joined me.

"I'm so proud of you!" I shouted happily.

"T-thanks!" Kim said while jumping on the bed with me. My phone began to buzz on the wooden cupboard, I jumped off the bed and grabbed it. It was a message from Hayden.

"Contemporary starts in 5 minutes, where are u????" The message said.

"SHIT! I'M LATE FOR CLASS!" I screamed, Kim gasped but still continued to jump around happily. I grabbed my stuff and shoved them into my gym bag.

"Didn't you have a hip hop class this afternoon Kim?!" I said worryingly while quickly re-doing my hair. She stopped bouncing and thought.

"S-shit" She muttered.

I said goodbye then ran for my life. I can NOT be late for my first proper contemporary class.

I finally made it just in time before the teacher had arrived, Alison was at the front of the room warming up as usual.

"Did you find Kim?" Hayden asked anxiously, I nodded while trying to catch my breath.

"It wasn't you that made her upset, just some.. Personal issues" I said without giving it away, I don't think Kim wants people to make fun of her. Hayden looks like one who would do just that.

"Hello you lovely folk!" George said enthusiastically while entering the studio, he began to spin quickly across to where Alison stood. She clapped when he got to the other end of the room.

"Do you think she would let me speak to her later?" Hayden asked me quietly while George rambled on at the front of the studio. I shrugged my shoulders.

"She was really upset and worked up earlier, I'm hoping she's better once I get back from this class" I explained, he nodded and sighed. Hayden actually looked really worried about her.

"Can you two at the back listen?!" George shouted, Alison looked back and smirked. I rolled my eyes at her.
