- Kim's POV -
I sprinted out of the boarding house front door and accidentally bumped into a group of second year girls.
"I-I'm so sorry!" I shouted anxiously while wiping my eyes. They stared at me weirdly.
"Wait.. Isn't this the girl that Hayden is screwing?" The blonde one asked the other three girls standing with her. They all nodded and looked at me in shock.
"He should be with me you know, I'm much more prettier than you" She said while spitting in my face, I covered my eyes and continued to cry. Did he tell them that he was having sex with me?!
"It's n-not like that!" I stuttered, they laughed and pushed passed me.
"There's no point in trying to hide it hunni" They said before walking away. I began to run down the hill once again with the worst headache ever.
I knew what I needed to do and I was going to do it as soon as I found a quiet spot where no one was around. I ran through the busy park where people were sunbathing and hanging out with friends.
Lots of school kids stared at me as I cried my eyes out while running around, trying to get away from the monsters. The park had a small building which had toilets inside them, it was my only place for silence.
I made my way into the smelly bathrooms and locked myself in the furthest cubicle from the door, I sat down on the toilet seat and took a huge breath.
Then I grabbed my bag and rummaged through it to find my tiny bag of sharp metal utensils.
- Ella's POV -
I stormed up the stairs after Kim had gotten away from me, I'm so pissed off with Hayden.
"Why the fuck do you do this!" I shouted at him. Hayden and Cody were still standing in the corridor while Bethany had went back to bed.
"Done what?" Hayden said worryingly, I sighed loudly.
"Oh you know what! Why can't you accept her for who she is?! I know it might be hard to find out that she doesn't develop deep feelings until the long run but it's who she is!!" I preached, Cody stared at me in astonishment.
"Ella! I have no clue what you are talking about! What the hell do you mean she can't have feelings?!" He shouted back at me, shit. I shut up and face palmed.
"Wait.. She didn't tell you?" I said nervously, Hayden glanced at Cody then back at me as if I was from another planet.
"Shit shit shit shit" I mumbled while awkwardly looking away.
"ELLA, TELL ME" Hayden yapped angrily while grabbing me by the shoulders and shaking me.
"Kim is... demisexual" I whispered, I'm pretty sure Cody heard too.
"I know that's nothing bad but she was scared to tell you in case you made fun of her or something.." I blabbed nervously, Hayden let go of me and stood in silence.
"That's fine. I can make her love me" He said with an insane expression, he really needs to sit in a dark room for a few hours and calm down.
"That's enough Hayden, why don't you just leave her alone for a while yeah?" Cody said calmly while pulling me back beside him. Hayden shook his head and ran down the stairs.
"Kim is never going to speak to me again" I muttered with my head in my hands, Cody hugged me and sighed.
"You're like the nicest person here, she needs you"
