- Alison's POV -
The next day had finally came around after the situation with Kim, everyone was forced to go to classical ballet class even if they were still upset. Miss Autumn said we could "dance our emotions away".
The dance studio was awkwardly quiet even though it was filled with people. Bethany and Cody were in the corner of the studio chatting as usual but the rest of us were silent, I still had my game face on though.
"Good morning everybody" Miss Autumn said with a sigh when she entered the studio. She threw down her bags and pushed back her hair before making her way to the front of the room.
Hayden appeared at the door with huge baggy eyes and messy hair, did he get any sleep last night?
"Hayden, thank you for joining us" Miss Autumn said before smiling at him. He stayed silent and made his way over to the barre.
"I hope you're all working hard on your assignments, I'm very excited to see them" She said while smiling brightly, speaking of the assignment.. Where the hell is Ella?
- Ella's POV -
"How are you doing then?" I asked Kim while lying on my bedroom floor. Her phone signal was terrible in the hospital but I could just make out what she was saying.
"I-I'm okay I guess, did Hayden really s-stay here all night with me?" She asked surprisingly. I grinned slightly.
"He did. I'm sure he is at class right now looking like a zombie" I laughed and she joined in.
"Wait, w-why aren't you at c-class?!"
"I thought it was more important to check up on you" I sighed.
"No! G-get to class now!" Kim shouted, I rolled my eyes and began to get ready.
"I'm only twenty minutes late" I mumbled, she sighed down the phone and I sprinted to the academy.
"Sorry I'm late" I shouted while running into the studio, Alison giggled at me slightly and I rolled my eyes.
"It's fine Ella, take your place at the barre" Miss Autumn said before playing the piano music once again. I spotted Hayden near the front of the room and was surprised that he showed up today. He really did look like a zombie..
"Hayden get your leg up higher!" Miss Autumn shouted while pointing to Hayden, yikes.
After a while of barre work Miss Autumn let us sit with our partners for the assignment and discuss it more. I approached Alison with a smile.
"What're you grinning at?" She mumbled with a disgusted look, I sighed.
"You're the most complicated human ever" I huffed while crossing my arms, she raised an eyebrow and laughed at me.
We began to talk about our piece together and how amazing it would be, I couldn't help but stare at Hayden at the other end of the studio with his head in his hands while sitting on the floor.
Cody and Bethany approached and sat on either sides of him, he smiled at them and Bethany gave him a hug. She glanced over at me and gave me the thumbs up.
"Are you even listening Ella?!" Alison shouted in my face, I jumped back slightly and nodded.
"Anyway..."
