- Ella's POV -
I finally found Alison strutting out of the bathrooms like she had just won an award, I looked at her weirdly then followed after her.
"I've been looking for you everywhere" I groaned, she shrugged her shoulders and continued to walk on.
"Why do you always run off like that? It's really annoying" I asked, she stopped walking and looked at me.
"We were done with rehearsal, I didn't need to spend anymore time with you" Alison said bluntly, I raised an eyebrow and she walked off again.
"See there you go again, you're really nice one moment and then you turn into satan!" I shouted at her, she began to laugh loudly then she clenched her stomach. I looked at her weirdly then noticed something was wrong.
"Alison are you okay?" I said worryingly, I moved closer and she pushed me away.
"I need to go" She whispered before running off again, I was not loosing her again.
"Stop doing this Alison!" I screamed as she sprinted up the stairs, I followed after her. She ran into the nearest bathroom and into the first cubicle.
Before closing the door she began to throw up, I jumped back and began to freak out.
"Fuck off Ella!" Alison shouted before vomiting more, I grabbed lots of tissues and handed them to her then gave her my bottle of water from my bag. She accepted them and sat down on the bathroom floor, I joined her.
"You don't eat.. Do you?" I asked quietly, I was hoping for a bitchy reaction and a laugh but I got none of it. She looked up at me with some tears in her eyes, she didn't answer the question but I knew it was a no.
"Alison.. You need to eat for energy and protein and all that good stuff.." I sighed heavily.
"I don't need this chat, I used to get it all the time from my doctor" She muttered before downing the bottle of water.
"Then why didn't you listen?" I asked.
"My mum called me fat, she said ballerinas don't have big stomachs and big legs.. She made me like this and I'm the one who gets the blame" She explained before crying, I pulled her close and gave her a hug. A* parenting to Alison's mother.. Not.
"How long has this been going on for?" I asked while rubbing her back lightly.
"Three years.. Since I was thirteen" Alison sighed before shuffling closer, she really does have a change of character every minute.
"You need to tell Miss Autumn, or the academy nurse" I suggested as I pulled away and looked at her. She shook her head quickly.
"No no no, and you're not going to do that either" She said seriously, I looked away and sighed. She really needs help.
"But you need help, this isn't good for your body" I whined, Alison grabbed my hand and stuck out her pinky finger.
"Promise me you won't say anything?.."
"Only if you promise me that you will eat something, even something small" I said with a smile, she thought a moment then nodded slightly.
"Fine, I promise"
We shook our pinky fingers and agreed.
