Untitled Part 38

Aubrey's POV

"Shit!" I yelled as I plucked myself with a splinter on the wood. Cole and I were picking up all of the wood up and putting them in to barrels and putting them outside. Alex and Haley were getting ready for the Alpha and Luna Ceremony; basically, they tell the pack that Alex found his Luna. The Ceremony was for another hour or two. I took the tweezers I had in the first aid kit, and pulled out the splinter.

"Don't you want to call it quits?" Cole asked me. I sighed, and nodded my head.

"Yea, we got to go get ready for the ceremony, anyways." I told Cole. Cole was sitting on the tailgate; he pulled me onto his lap and kissed me. The kiss was full of love and passion.

"Don't worry, well, get it done." He told me, reassuring me, "The plumbers, electricians, and contractor will be here tomorrow."

I nodded my head as we got into the car. I laid my head against Cole's arm as we drove back to the pack house, a couple of days ago, we had our contractor come out, he said he should have it done between three weeks and a month. Funny thing is I'm already missing home. We finally stopped at the pack house. Music was already playing, classical, getting out of the truck.

"Hey, I'm going to go pick up Anna, why don't you go get dressed." I told Cole. He nodded his head and walked upstairs.

I walked up the stairs and down the hallway to Julie and Jason's room. I knocked the door, "Come in!" I heard Julie yell.

I opened the door, Julie was playing 'Where's the Baby?' with Annabelle.

"Pick-a-boo," Julie cooed as Annabelle smiled and giggled. Julie looked up at me, "I miss it when they were this small." Julie told me, picking up Annabelle and handing her to me.

"Yea," I told her. I smiled at my little Annabelle. She tickled Annabelle with her finger, and Annabelle grabbed her finger constantly giggling.

"Go!" Julie said her eyes widening, "You need to get dressed!" she laughed at me.

I laughed with her as I looked down at my dust jean and shirt combined with my muddy boots. I rolled my eyes, thanking her as I went to my room to go get dressed.

When I walked into my room, I walked into a half-naked Cole; with only his towel...I instantly blushed and closed the door. Cole laughed at me as he kissed mine and Annabelle's foreheads. I kissed him and went to my closet to pick out my dress, which was a royal blue, heart shaped neckline, floor gown dress. The back was opening letting me see my Angel Mark. After taking a shower, I slipped it on; blow dried my hair and curled it. I applied mascara, lip gloss, and a little bit of eyeliner.

I walked out to see Cole in his tuxedo and Annabelle in a lavender dress. I slipped on a pair of silvery flats. Grabbing the diaper bag, we left for the Ceremony.

I walked into the grandest room in the pack. The ceiling had rows of red, gold, and white colored ribbons decoration, it followed on down to the walls. Then the ceiling also had glittering lights making the room feel very romantic and important. I feel my body drawn to the table full of food and the bar. I instantly remember my first time here after I ran away. My thoughts were interrupted by the music stopping. I looked up to see my new friend and Luna, Haley. Haley was wearing a white long sleeved dress that reached to her knees before fanning out. She stood strong beside Alex, but also staying close to him, holding his hand. Her face grew a little bit of a blush as she smiled at each and one of us.

"Today, we are here to celebrate our Alpha, Alex, finding his beloved mate, Haley, our new Luna." The oldest Elder, Ely, said. "Do you Alpha Alex accept Haley as your Luna?" She asked.

"Yes." Alex said, taking her hands. She blushed a little, looking at Alex's eyes.

"...And do you Haley, except the responsibilities of the pack, as the Luna, and accept Alex as your Alpha?" Elder Ely, asked.

"Yes." She answered.

"Now, I command these two together and the pack united." Elder Ely said, raising her hands and putting them back together.

At that moment the air shifted as our pack link opened and closed. We all waited for Alex shifted, than Haley. After that we all shifted and ran together as a pack, as Alpha and Luna ran together, than Beta, Third in Command and pack fighters ran together, than the common people. The air was cool tonight as we ran all night, until it was sunrise.

Dear my precious fams, I am terribly sorry for the wait of this release, I've been really busy with work, and school, and I know that shouldn't be an excuse...but it is. I would like to remind you all that I also have two other works, I'll do a summary and the first chapters for you, for those books...if you are interested, otherwise it would be much appreciated if you read them. I've had but a lot of work in these three new books.
