>>Ashley's POV<<

I lay there, curled up in my tent, trying to avoid every tear I wanted to shed, because Lucy was sitting up a few centimeteres away from me, doing whatever she was doing. All that I could think about was Tyler, why did he just dump me? is this even real life? Was it my fault? 'don't be silly, Ashley, Of course it was your fault. You're the one that just had to pour that stupid cereal over Troian, grow up you bitch.' Different thoughts were racing through my head at once, I couldn't even look at a stone and concentrate.

"Are you okay?" Lucy frightened me, her voice was a huge difference to the silence before.

I nodded. "Are you sure?" I nodded again. "No, you're not, are you?" I shook my head this time.

"What's wrong?"

"It's just - Tyler, and," I sniffle, "and, Troian and Alison it's too much for me to handle." I'm now in tears as Lucy pulls me in to a hug, "Everything is weighing down on my shoulders, even if it's not my problem."

"Ashley," Lucy rested her chin on the top of my head, "I understand."

I hate when people say that, they don't understand, and Lucy certainly never will, "You don't, Luce." I clarified, "And, you can't, because you have a perfect life."

She scrunched her eyebrows, "Did you seriously just say that?" She sounds surprised, "My life is not perfect, Ashley, trust me."

"How not?" I question,"You've got your whole thing with Ezra, your heading towards a good college, your parents don't fight, -"

"Hang on," She interrupted, "My parents aren't even together."

"Well, at least you don't have to listen to them arguing all of the time."

"I did," She whispers, "Until they left eachother last year,"

"Is it any better?" I wondered.

She shook her head, "No," she sighed, "Anyway, Ashley, just let all of your emotions go."

Go? Like, just somehow fly out of my head?
"Think about college."

I'm not going to get in to college, "You're kidding?"

"Think about what makes you happy," She smiled.

The only thing that made me happy was my relationship with Tyler, "Nothing makes me happy anymore,"

She laughs, "Come on, there must be something," I shake my head, "Well, what do you enjoy doing?"

I've always liked to go shopping, "Shopping."

She laughs again, "Okay, well think about shopping."

"That reminds me of school."

"How?"

"Business Ed."

"Oh my god, Ashley." She sighs, "This is hopeless."

"So am I." I sigh, "I want to go home."

"Home? Ash, we just got here." Lucy moans.

"But all that's happened has caused misery."

"I want to stay,"

"Stay then," I say, "I've made up my mind, I'm going home,"

"In Tyler's RV?"

I never thought about that, shit. "Oh," I said disappointed. "Please please please come with me!"

"No!" She exclaimed, "I've already decided, I'm staying here."

I scowled at her.

-

Just an hour or so later, we were all sitting around the fire again. Tyler beside m- Ezra, Ezra beside Lucy, Troian beside Lucy and Shay, also Alison and Keegan. I sat alone with my hands taking the weight of my face off of my chin.

"So, I called you all here, sorry for any whom where sleeping, but, I called you all here to announce something." Lucy called, getting everyone's eyes.

"You better be sorry, I was in the middle of a good dream." Ezra yawned and slid his fingers through his scruffy hair.

"What about?" Tyler asked.

"Well, these tiny people came in to my massive home in New York, and they made me food and cleaned up, just as I was about to hug the cutest one L-"

"Okay!" Lucy interrupted, "Back to the point, the announcement."

I could tell this was about me, by the way she stared at me when she was talking.

"What is the stupid announcement?" Shay moaned, looking fed up and tired, she looked as if she'd fall asleep any moment.

"I'm about to tell you, but I keep getting these interruptions!" Lucy argues.

"Just get on with it!" I shout.

"Uh, okay!" Lucy sighs, "So, guys, Ashley here," All eyes turned to me, "She's not feeling up to expectations, she wants to go home."

My face turned redder and redder as everyone kept staring at me.

"But...it was her idea to come here." Shay says.

"I just thought I'd get your opinions." Lucy replies.

"Well," Alison announces, "That's stupid, going home. We literally just got here. Aren't you over exaggerating at least a bit, Ashley?" She folds her arms across her chest. "God, you give up too easily, no wonder Tyler dumped you, it's a-."

Um, sorry, WHAT? I KNEW SHE WAS A BITCH, I'VE KNOWN HER FIVE MINUTES AND I CAN ALREADY IDENTIFY HER PERSONALITY, HOW DOES SHAY PUT UP WITH HER?

"Hey," Tyler interrupts, "That's too far, Alison."

"Yeah, just shut up now. . ." Lucy tells Alison, then glares at me with a sorrow filled face.

I stare at the ground, "I'm going to bed,"

"Wait, Ash," Tyler says, making me look up at him for the first time in a whole day, "I can take you home now, if you really want."

Of course I really wanted to, but, that would just be awkward, and intense, "Well, I don't know. . ." I swallow. "It's just, I-"

"Do you need company?" Troian asks me.

"Well, um, I guess. . ."

"Great!" She exclaimed. "I'll come with you, I've had enough time here, plus, I'm pretty sure my college results have come through. . ."

Really? Troian ?

"Oh, okay, great..."
