"Hmngh...."
Hito blinked his sky-blue eyes blearily as he processed the piece of paper in front of him.
"Su...hana?"
"Su-pa-na. It's Spanner."
"Oh. Ehehe...now I can see the maru next to the kanji for flower. I'm sorry, I'm still a little disoriented."
It took a few seconds for Hito to process that name.
'...Wait...isn't 'Spanner' the name Sawada-Sensei was addressing the enemy with?'
When he realized this, he let loose a girlish shriek.
"HIIIIIIIEEEE!"
<<(With the Others)>>
"I-I can't hear Juudaime on the earpiece anymore! We need to head back, o-or--!"
"Calm down, Gokudera! This isn't the time to be regretting things now!" Lal stared into emerald-green eyes. "We must do our part for Tachibana and Sawada. Believe in them."
Hayato balled his hands into fists as he grit his teeth; Takeshi glanced behind them, his eyes filled with worry as Ryohei looked ahead, trusting Tsuna and Hito.
Lal sighed as she looked back at them.
"Let's go."
<<(Back with Hito)>>
"--IIIIEEEEEEEEE!"
"Hito-kun, calm down already!"
The blonde blinked in surprise and relaxed noticeably when the teen spotted a familiar brunet approaching him.
"S-Sawada-Sensei..."
Tsuna chuckled as he ruffled the other's hair.
"Done freaking out now?"
Hito flushed with embarrassment as he slowly nodded his head.
Spanner handed Tsuna a cup of green tea.
"Ah. Thanks, Spanner-san."
Hito blinked in confusion.
"S-Sawada-Sensei? What are you doing?"
"What does it look like?" The brunet took a sip and gave a satisfied sigh at the taste. "I'm drinking tea."
Hito sweatdropped.
He was about to ask 'why was he acting so defenseless with the enemy', but his Hyper Intuition told him that he was in no danger; he dropped his question as he hesitantly accepted the cup of green tea from Spanner.
"A-Arigatou, Spanner-san." 'I don't understand how I'm accepting all of this so easily anymore...'
Spanner didn't say anything as he unwrapped a uniquely-shaped lollipop and popped it into his mouth; he turned to look at Tsuna, who was studying the mini-Mosca that was circling his feet with amusement.
"Tsunayoshi."
Sunset-orange eyes lifted to connect with his baby-blue ones.
"Hai, Spanner-san?"
"You told me something about headphones and eye contacts?"
At the mention of the two objects, Tsuna grinned.
"Yep." The brunet looked over at Hito, who blinked his eyes curiously at him. "I need you to make them to help perfect Hito-kun's X-Burner."
