Chapter 11

(Ty's POV)

I groaned, struggling to free myself from the magic field around me. I tried moving my arms or my legs, anything I could maybe do to escape, but it was no use. My limbs were bound tightly together, and I would just be wasting my energy to try to fight against it.

"Let....me....go!" I cried, hoping the person would take pity on me and let me go. Unfortunately, whoever it was doing the magic obviously had some sort of intention to take me captive. I heard a quick swoosh, and then all I heard was the swaying tree in the wind. The person must have cast some sort of moving spell on me, because I could see we were moving. We traveled far into the forest, and as we neared a clearing, I could taste and smell salty air.

We're by the ocean. Great.

After a few more miles of walking, I could here the sound of waves lapping at the shore. I was placed down on the ground, but the magic didn't disappear.

"Wow....your heavier to carry then I thought." My capturer said, walking towards the ocean. I was now able to make out the person. He was wearing blue jeans, a red jacket, a black shirt, and a large hooded cape that covered his face. I looked curiously at him. I hadn't ever seen him before.

"Hey! What's your name?" I called out to the guy. He looked at me, but said nothing. I sat there, confused.

Who is this guy?

As I watched this guy stand by the water, I realized that blue magic was twirling around his finger tips, and that the water was starting to bubble. Suddenly, a large, blue tentacle splashed out of the water.

Oh. Crud.

More tentacles followed the first one, and a large, blue head appeared. The squid crawled out of the water, and was followed by what looked like 50 more. Me and my capture were soon surrounded by my sworn enemies. The squids were all dressed in armor, and had these guns and spears that were all foreign to me.

"Ahhhh...so good to see you both again." The king squid said,walking through the large group of squids. He got down to eye level with me, and just stared at me. I started feeling very uncomfortable. My heart was racing and I could a few drops of sweat on my neck. I never liked to be stared at. The King smiled evilly, and backed away.

"Hello Ty. I see you don't have your precious little Adam or Jason here to save you." The squid said tauntingly. I growled.

"Be quiet." I snapped. The king was taken aback, but maintained his creepy calm composure.

"I do not like people with mouths like that Ty. I would suggest keeping it shut, that is, if you don't want your or your friends injured."

My eyes grew wide. Surely he was just being a stupid squid like usual.

"Take him to the palace." The king declared, motioning to the man that's had brought me here. The man nodded. The squids started slithering back to the water, and once the last one was gone below the surface, he pulled me over to the large body of water. He then went behind me and shoved me in. I started to slowly sink, due to my arms and legs still bound together. As I sunk deeper, it was harder for me to hold my breath. My lungs were begging for air. Instinctly, I opened my mouth and breathed in. Unfortunately, all I swallowed were massive glups of water. I coughed and fought to free myself, my lungs begging for oxygen. I took another deep breath in and inhaled more water. My vision was starting to become blurry from the lack of oxygen. As I floated downwards, I thought I could see some sort of light.

This is it. I thought to myself. I'm actually dying.

My feet hit the sandy floor of the water with a small plop. I feel down onto my side and saw the white light again. Blackness was starting to cover my vision, and as I closed my eyes, my body relaxed, and I let out a sigh.
