Captured By Squids *remake*

Chapter 28

Before you start reading I wanna apologize for accidently publishing this before it was done! So if any of you got the notification saying that it was published and it wasn't there, that's my bad! Sorry! :(

(Squillium's POV)

Since Ty was still an unstable experiment, I decided the safest thing to do was to keep him locked in solitary confinement for a few days, and have Seto check on him every so often. You know, to make sure he didn't escape, though I don't think that will be a problem now. I am now finally able to take over Sky once and for all, and make him pay. And bonus, I'll be using the one thing he cares about most! Ha!

I decided that since I didn't have much to do, I would go pay a visit to Seto.

I walked to his small house in a private cave reserved just for him and his magic. I nodded as I passed the guard that was guarding his the entrance to his cave. Since Ty's transformation, I made sure someone had an eye on him so he wouldn't go back on his word, though I don't think that would be a problem either. Sorcerers lose their magic if they go back on their word.

"Seto?" I asked, walking in. Seto did not respond. I called out again, but I still was answered by nothing. I went to his back room, where he made his potions, and sure enough, he was standing beside a brewing table with a large spell book open. There was brewing ingredients all over the place, hidden under books and in holes.

I stayed quiet, and listened to him mutter.

"Squid.....Ty.....Ghast Tear....Golden Apple.....carrot..."

I walked away from his brewing room. Interested, I turned to the guard and muttered,"I want you to watch him extremely closely. He may be up to something that would destroy all my hard work."

The squid nodded, and stared down the cave.

"Oh, and one other thing. Don't let him leave this cave until I give the ok."

The squid nodded again, and I left.

After leaving Seto, I decided to go visit Ty.

I walked down the dark hallway, down to the single cell that was behind a large iron door. I turned the large door handle, and it opened with a loud clunk.

"Hey Squillium." Ty said, sitting on the floor calmly, petting his new tentacles. I sat down as well.

"So, Ty, I think you may need a small change in name? What do you think?" I asked him. He smiled evilly.

"Uh...yea. "Ty" just isn't me." He said, looking down at himself.

"Hmmm...your right. "Ty" seems too innocent. How about instead, in honor of you squid-like resemblance, we call you Squidlox?" I suggested. Ty nodded.

"It sounds perfect." He exclaimed. I smiled.

"So, Squillium. How much longer do I had to be down here before I can get some action?" He asked.

"Well, since you haven't tried to kill me in the last 5 minutes I was down here, I would say your stable enough to leave." He smirked, and then happily walked towards the door. I followed behind him, and we both walked out of the solitary confinement unit.

Later that day, I called a meeting in towns square.

"Attention!" My voice blared through the square, every squid silent with either confusion or excitement.

"My brothers and sisters, we have no more reason to fear the blasted Sky Army!" Every squid gasped, and the crowd erupted in murmur.

"Silent!" I called out, and everyone stopped speaking. "You see, I, your great leader, has managed to gain a new tool that will help us finish off Sky and his stupid "Team Crafted" for good! So, it is my great pleasure to introduce you to him."

At that moment, Squidlox appeared behind me onstage. The crowd gasped. Squidlox chuckled. Stepping off to the side, I allowed Squidlox to step up to the podium to speak.

"Hello everyone."

The crowd all stared at him. Mothers and Children were wide eyed, fathers were gaping and even the guards were a little shocked. Squidlox laughed.

"Hm, a surprised bunch, aren't we?" He sneered. "As Squillium has told you, I have been recruited by him to help you take down Sky and his army. There is nothing more pleasing to me to see their reign fall." He looked at me and nodded, stepping away from the podium to let me speak again. Though, before I was able to speak, I heard someone call out from the crowd.

"But that's Deadlox! He had killed the most of us, beside Sky himself! How do you know he is not simply acting, and will kill is off one by one on the inside?!"

I smiled, and chuckled.

"I was wondering if any of you were going to question me. That's why I figured I might as well show you first hand that he is on our side. Guards!" I yelled. Two gaurds had Jerome in either hand, and one was carrying a diamond sword. Jerome was brought onstage, in front of Squidlox. He was kicked down to both knees, and his arms were tied behind his back.

"To prove Squidlox is loyal to us, I have decided that he will undergo an initiation. Squidlox." I said, turning to him. "Prove yourself to us all, by killing your friend." Squidlox said nothing, but stared blankly at his friend. Jerome was wide eyed, tears flowing out of them, and shaking like crazy.

"Ty! You can't do this! Stop this stupid prank! I'm your friend! You would never-"

"Shut up." Squidlox said suddenly. Jerome stopped mid-sentence. Squidlox walked over to the guard with the sword and grabbed it out of his hand. He then walked back to Jerome.

"Parents, if your kids are in this crowd, you may want to cover their eyes and ears." Squidlox said warningly. Jerome whimpered.

Squidlox raised the sword, and brought it down.

A squid mother gasped. Another screamed.

Jerome was the first to fall.

Well Jerome. You lasted 28 chapters.

Jerome: wait where am I? Who are you?

I'm Citrus, and Your in the spectator realm. Now that your dead, you have to watch the story rather than be in it. I mean, it sucks you died, but at least I friend I can talk to now up here!

Jerome: But I don't wanna be dead! I want to see Mitch! *whimpers*

There there Jerome *pats back gently* you can still see him, look.

Jerome: *looks into magic pool and sees Mitch*

See? You can still see him.

Jerome: fine. But I better be able to switch to him whenever I want!
