Football games and haunted pranks

*Alex POV*
I wake up and go downstairs. When I get down there the guys are already here.
"Alex you might not want to go into the kitchen. Chad is making food" Joey says
"For your information I am a way better cook then you" Chad says
"Chad is breakfast ready" I ask
"No and no one is allowed in the kitchen till I say so" he says
"But I'm hungry and I have a game and I'm hungry" I say
"Ok ok it's almost done" he says
I go over to the couch and sit down. I steal Alan's controller and start playing Mario kart.
"Caleb Alex stole my controller" Alan whines
" Good. You were losing anyway" Caleb says
I grab another remote and give it to Alan. We play one game and Caleb and I tie.
"Breakfast is ready" Chad yells
We all run to the dining room and sit down.
"What did you make" I ask
"I made french toast casserole" he says
Alan prays then we start eating.
"So Alex Chad told us you have two college offers" Caleb says
"Yeah one is from Tennessee and the other is Arkansas" I say
"Do you know where you want to go to yet" Alan asks
"No I mean we have a game today and more scouts are going to be there. Coach said they're there to watch me" I say
"That's awesome" Joey says
"Chad where do you want me to go to college" I ask
"Somewhere that makes you happy" he says
We finish breakfast and I go back upstairs. I get dressed and grab my cleats, helmet, and mouth guard then go downstairs.
"I'm ready" I say
"Alright lets head out" Chad says
We all goto Alan's can an I he in shotgun.
"Alex I was going to sit there" Chad whines
"Yet I got here first" I say
"Joey let me drive" Chad whines
"Nope. You three can fit in the back" he says
Alan Chad and Caleb get in the back. Joey starts the car and drives to the football field. We get there and I put my cleats on then run to the field. I get there and I'm the first one besides the coach.
"Hey coach" I say
"Hey Graham. The guys are in the locker room so I'll go get Jacobs and you can throw some passes" he says
"Ok" I say
He walks off and Jacobs runs on.
"Hey" he says
"Hey" I say
I grab a football and throw it to him. He throws it back.
"224" I say
He nods and runs to his spot. He gets set and I throw it to him. He passes it back. I run over to him.
"Hey so do you think I will do fine? I'm really worried" I say
"You'll do fine. Don't worry. Coach suspended Thomas" he says
"Ok" I say
We go over to coach and the others.
"Ok guys and gal this is the tenth game for all of you except Alex who it's her first. You guys are undefeated and I believe we can keep it that way. So get out there and win. We do the coin flip and we win. We're receiving. Jacobs catches the ball and runs 60 yards. I run out there and join the huddle.
"542" I say
We break out if the huddle and set up.
"Hut hut hike" I call
I get the ball. I fake hand it off then throw it to Williams. He cached it then gets tackled at the 1 yard mark. Once we huddle again I tell them a QB sneak. We line up and I call it off. I get the ball and when I get close enough someone tackles me across the line. Jacobs comes over and helps me get up.
"Nice job Graham" he says
"Thanks Jacobs. Nice return" I say
We run off the field to the side lines.
The game ends and we win 56-14. I run off the field with the guys.
"Great game everyone. Seniors there are some football scouts who want to talk to you" Coach says
We go over to the group of them. The coach from Arkansas and Tennessee see me and come over.
"Have you made a decision yet" the coach from Arkansas asks
"No I haven't. I want to see what you can each offer me" I say
"Ok is there a time we can talk with you" the coach from Tennessee asks
"Um tomorrow I'm free all day" I say
"Ok I'll drop by at some point" the Arkansas coach says
"Me too" the Tennessee coach says
I thank them and go over to the guys.
"Good game Alex" Chad says as he hugs me
"Thanks. The two coaches won't leave me alone. It's really annoying" I complain
"Who are they" Caleb asks
"Coach from Tennessee and coach from Arkansas" I say
"Those are good colleges" Alan says
"You'll do great at either one" Joey says
"Thanks guys. Chad do you have any input" I ask
"No" he says
"Ok well I'm hungry can we go out for lunch or something" I ask
"Alright lets go pizza" Alan says
"Alan shouldn't it be lets go to pizza or lets go for pizza" I say
"She's right Alan" Caleb says
"Hey don't turn against me" Alan says
"I was never on your team. I was with Joey, Caleb, and Chad" I say
"Woah so it's four on one" he asks
"Yeah" Joey says
"Well then" Alan says
I hop on Chad's back and he runs off leaving the others behind. We get to the van and I hop off his back. We get in and lock the doors. Chad starts the van and drives off.
"What about the others" I ask
"We'll get then some food" he says
"Chad I don't want to go to Arkansas. I feel that if I go to Arkansas I'll be too far away from you and the guys." I say
"Ok so why don't you call Arkansas and tell them that" he says
"I already told them I want to hear from both of the coaches and I don't want to let one down just yet" I say
"Ok well where do you want to go for lunch" He asks
"Chick fil a" I say
"Ok" he says
*Caleb POV*
We get closer to the van and Chad drives away.
"Do you think they're going to come back" I ask
"They will and probably with food as well. They just need some bonding" Alan says
"Why don't we lock them in a basement" Joey says
"Yeah we'll do that then get destroyed by them." Alan says
"You're afraid of Chad" I say
"No I'm afraid of Alex. She can be very frightening" He says
"Wow Alan" Joey says
"Joey you can't be talking. You're afraid of both of them" I say
"True. Which are you afraid of" Joey asks
"Neither" I say
"Yeah right" he says
"It's true" I say
"Ok fine we'll give the two of them a week and at the end of the week you need to say which one scares you the most" He says
"Deal" I say
A few minutes later the two return and chuck food at us.
"Thanks" we say
"Guys guy we should go to Walmart" Joey says
"I don't think Alex and I are able to" Chad says
"Why not" I ask
"Um we're still banned. It's only been a month. We have two more" Alex says
"Ok fine" Joey whines
"Wait Joe isn't there something Caleb wanted to do" Alan asks
"Oh yeah" Joey says
"What is it" Alex asks
"Oh Caleb said he wasn't afraid of either of you so we're giving you a week to prove you two are scary" Joey says
"This is going to be fun" Chad says
"Oh yeah" Alex says
We all get in the van and Chad drives back to his house. We get out and go inside.
*Alex POV*
Once we get inside I grab Chad's arm and drag him out back.
"Ok so we need him to get us mad at some point" I say
"Or we can just wrestle him" Chad says
"Ooh fun" I say
"Ok so we have one week lets do this" he says
"Wait Chad does your friend still have that haunted house stuff" I ask
"Yep he never gets rid of it" he says
"Can we grab some of the stuff" I ask
"Like what" he asks
"The arms, head, other stuff" I say
"I like your thinking" he says
We go back inside and find the guys playing just dance.
"Ok out Alex and I have to go run errands" Chad says
"Awww" they whine
"Out now" I say
"Ok" Alan and Joey say
They leave and Caleb stays still.
"You got this Alex" Chad asks
"Oh yeah. Why don't you go call your friend and let him know we're coming" I say
He goes upstairs and I walk over to Caleb.
"I'm going to give you to the count of three to get out and start running." I say
"I'm not scared of you" he says
"1...2...3..." I say
Caleb gets up and starts running. I take off after him. We run for awhile till we get to a park. When we get to the grad I tackle him to the ground and pin him.
"Wow nice job" he says
"Yeah well have a good day and hopefully you'll live to another one" I say
I get up and jog home. I get there and Chad is by the car. He tosses me a water bottle and I drink out of it.
"Is he good" Chad asks
"Yep I didn't hurt him" I say
"Ok well lets go. Jimmy will be waiting for our arrival" Chad says
I get in the car and Chad takes off. We get to the house and go in.
"Jimmy we're here" Chad calls
"Ok I'll be there soon" he says
We wait a few minutes then he comes down the stairs. He gives us the stuff then we leave. We get home then go inside.
"Chad I have an idea for with the arm" I say
"Ok what is it" he asks
"Well I can tell Caleb we were wrestle and I hurt my arm. When he goes to grab it he pulls it off and he freaks out" I say
"Ok. We can also make this place haunted one day and pretend our spirits are floating around" he says
"I like it" I say
We talk over some ideas then set up our first plan.
"Ok you go text Caleb" Chad says
I pull my phone out and send him a text.
A-hey can you come over we need you
C-sure I'll be there in a few
I put my phone away and get ready. A few minutes later Caleb comes in.
"What's the matter" he asks
"We were wrestling and Alex thinks she sprained her wrists and wants you to check it out instead of going to the hospital" Chad says
Caleb comes over to me and holds my arm out. He bends the wrist some then pulls on my arm to straighten it out. The fake arm falls off in his hands. He screams and drops it on the ground.
*Caleb POV*
I drop the arm and catch my breath. That freaked me out so much. Alex brings her arm out the rough her sleeve.
"You two are evil" I say
"Really" Chad asks
"Yeah" I say
"Well then maybe we should be nicer. Truce" Alex asks
She holds out her hand and so does Chad. I shake Alex's and nothing. I shake Chad's and I feel a shock. I keep on getting shocked until I remove my hand. He holds his hand up and I see a one of those shock things.
"See ya" I say
I leave and get in my car I drive to Alan's and go inside. I find Alan and drag him outside.
"What's wrong Caleb" he asks
"You do realize that Alex and Chad won't stop until I'm afraid of them and it's going to be more extreme" I say
"What are you a little scared" he asks
"Yeah. They pulled the fake arm trick on me. Man I thought I actually pulled her arm off" I say
"Well they probably have a really good planned so once they do that one I'll have them stop."
"Ok" I say
I get in my car and go home. I eat dinner then go to bed.

*Alex POV*
I wake up and go downstairs. Chad and I quickly eat breakfast then start setting up. A few hours later we're done.
"Chad Caleb is going to be here soon" I say
"Ok well lets get ready" he says
We get into hiding and hear the door open.
*Caleb POV*
I open the door to Chad's house and see smoke coming out of the air vent.
"I'm here" I say
No answer
"Alex Chad where are you" I call
"We aren't here anymore. You killed us. You got so scared that you ended up killing us. We are out to get you" I hear something say
"Who are you" I ask
"We're the ghost of Chad and Alex" someone says
"Chad I know you're alive. You called earlier" I say
"You sure that wasn't me" his voice says
"I'm sure" I say
I go upstairs and hear footsteps behind me. I look behind me and don't see anything.
"Guys I'm going to call Alan and he's going to be annoyed" I say
"No he won't. He'll be mad at you for killing us" a voice says
"Ok I'm getting really angry" I say
"More like scared" a voice says
I start walking again and I see something move. It moves again and I see that it's a floating lamp. I move closer to it an hear footsteps behind me again. I turn around and see nothing. I feel something hit me. I turn around and see a broom floating. It whacks me again and I run down the steps.
"Have you enjoyed this. This is all because of what you did to us" a voice says
I run out the door and get in my car. I drive to Alan's and go inside.
"Ok I give up. They win" I say
"Dude you ok" Chad asks
"What" I ask
"You came in yelling I give up they win" Alex says
"Alan something is wrong with Caleb" Joey yells
"What's wrong Caleb" Alan asks
"I give up. chad and Alex win. They pretended to make their house spooky and whacked me with a broom. Said I killed them" I say
"Sweet the house is haunted" Alex yells
"That wasn't you guys" I ask
"Oh you mean the fog machine. The invisible blankets? the spooky voices from a toy microphone from closets." chad asks
"You two are evil" I say
"We won" Alex says
"We're evil" Chad says
"See Caleb we told you they were frightening" Joey says
"Ugh why are you guys right" I whine
"Because we knew you would be scared of them. Everyone is. Besides Fallon. She's the only one not afraid of them" Alan says
"He's right" Alex says
"Yeah. Fallon is really scary" Chad agrees
"Lets go for lunch" Joey says
"You bored" Alex asks
"Yeah and hungry" he says
"I have Brussels sprouts" she says
"Nope not gonna eat it" he says
"Joey it's I'm not going to eat it. Say it correctly or you will be the next ghost in the house" Alex says
*Alex POV*
I walk closer to Joey and he takes off through the back door. I take off after him. He goes around front and down the sidewalk.
"Joey I can run longer then you. I don't know why you choose to run" I say
"Because once I find a store or something I can hide or just because I enjoy running" he says
"Ok lets just see how long you run for" I say
"Or we can stop running and stop at the chick fil a up the street and eat. My treat" he says
"Ok" I say he stops running and I catch up to him. I stop running and we walk to the chick fil a. We get inside and order our food. We get it and go sit down.
"So have you chosen a college" Joey asks
"Yeah" I say
"Cool which one" he asks
"Tennessee" I say
"Awesome so you won't move to far away from Peyton, or us" he asks
"Yeah" I say
"Cool so are you going to play football" he asks
"Yep. If I do football I get a full ride for four years" I say
"That's amazing. Does Chad know yet" he asks
"No. I haven't even called the coaches yet. Apparently they want to have a big thing where I choose the college and my coach is there and everything" I say
"Well you might want to tell Chad at some point" he says
"I will or I'll let him find out. The thing is on Saturday. I told Chad we have to go somewhere I just never told him what it was for." I say
"You're very sneaky" Joey says
"I know" I say
We finish eating and throw our trash out and walk outside.
"I'll race you back to Alan's Joey says
"You're on" I say
We take off towards Alan's. We run inside and run into people.
"Woah hold it slow down" Alan says
We stop and look at him.
"What's going in" he asks
"Um well we gave up running and went to lunch then raced back here" I say
"Woah ok I didn't know you guys ran like three miles for lunch then five miles back" Chad says
"How did you know" Joey asks
"Joe we always go to the same place" Chad says
"True" he says
"Lets go Chad we need to go clean up. Fallon is coming home tomorrow" I say
"See ya guys" Chad says
We leave and go home. We get there and start cleaning. Once we're done cleaning its time for dinner. We eat dinner and watch a few movies by the third movie is done in extremely tired.
"I'm going to bed. Goodnight" I say
"Goodnight" he says
I go upstairs and get in bed. I fall sound asleep
