Chapter 28 - The Greatest Womens Wrestler Ever

Tuesday -16/1/17- The rookies got ready for another day of training. Today would be different for Nikki Bella and Paige Bevis however as they wouldn't be doing wrestling training with the others.

Since Paul Levesque wanted them to compete in a match at Wrestlemania Weekends NXT Takeover Special they would need to be able to structure a women's wrestling match they would be working with "The Greatest Womens Wrestler Ever".

Paige Bevis- "I am so excited to get to work with Lita. She is actually one of my heroes. One of the reasons that I want to wrestle."

Nikki Bella- "I know, she was one of the trailblazers for female wrestlers during the Attitude Era."

Dean Ambrose- "You forgot to mention she was sexy as hell."

Nikki Bella- "Ok let's put that to the side and focus on her wrestling skills."

The bus pulled up and originally it was business as usual up until lunch. After lunch was when wrestling training started.

The trainees got into the ring and prepared for their ring skills training.

Billy Gunn walked in with a clipboard.

Billy Gunn- "Hey guys, so there is some changes being made to some of your training schedules. Paige and Nikki you two will be taken by Lita. She wants you two in next door so if you could go there she is very excited to meet you."

Nikki and Paige raced to the door to go and see Lita. They walked into the room to see Lita sitting on a pile of blue mats.

Lita Dumas- "It's nice to meet you two."

Paige and Nikki stood with their mouths open, not sure what to say.

Lita Dumas- "I understand that you two love me but we will have to stop fan girling if we want to get some work done around here."

Paige Bevis- "Sorry it's just amazing to meet you and work worth you."

Lita Dumas- "Well now that you've met me it's time to work with me. I want you two to help me put these mats out on the floor in the shape of a square."

Nikki and Paige grabbed the mats and pulled them out.

Lita Dumas- "Ok so wrestling goes back to ancient times where they didn't have ropes on the ring. It was very much a strategy based sport. Trying to out manoeuvre your opponent with chain wrestling. That's exactly what I want you two to do. You will chain wrestle and try and get your opponent off of the mats. No hits, kicks, head butts or slaps. Straight grappling."

Paige and Nikki got on the mats. They were ready for the face off.

Lita Dumas- "Ok I see you two are ready so on my call start wrestling. GOOO!"

Paige immediately went for Nikki's right leg trying to get her down. Paige got Nikki on the ground but Nikki grabbed Paige's legs and pulled her down. They exchange holds until Paige slipped out of Nikki's headlock and grabbed her midsection from behind. Paige locked her arms and with all her power threw Nikki over her head with a German Suplex. Nikki landed on her back on the edge of the mat. Paige went towards Nikki intending to throw her out. Nikki hit her with a drop toe hold. Paige's face hit the uncovered floor beside the mats. Nikki rolled her off the mat for the win.

Lita Dumas- "That was awesome. Paige the German was top notch. Nikki that was quick wit using the surroundings to win. For your match I think Nikki you'll work as the Heel and Paige you'll work as the Face. I'll just assess your performance and give you a few pointers."

Lita helped the rookies realise how to fix any slight errors they made and talked to them about wrestling for a long time.

Lita Dumas- "Well your performances are looking good and I'm very happy to be helping you two. We will do the blue mat match again for the rest of the training sessions this week just to make sure you guys are comfortable with ground wrestling. Well sessions over, thanks for your hard work."

Nikki and Paige gathered their things and went to leave. Nikki left but Paige had a question for Lita.

Paige Bevis- "Lita are you an expert on dealing with relationship issues?"

Lita Dumas- "Well I've had my fair share of boyfriends so I know a thing or two."

Paige Bevis- "Ok just because I like a guy and he knows that I like him but he thinks that love is a myth and that relationships aren't a thing. He thinks marriage is a scam and hates kids."

Lita Dumas- "Let me guess it's Ambrose right?"

Paige Bevis- "How did you know?"

Lita Dumas- "I heard you two talking as we came in and you had a very flirtatious tone towards him."

Paige Bevis- "Waw you really do know a thing or two."

Lita Dumas- "Well since he hates love and relationships you should just kiss him all the time. Eventually he'll come around."

Paige Bevis- "Ok thanks a lot. I'll try that with him."

Lita Dumas- "Let me know how it goes honey."

Paige Bevis- "Ok I will."

Paige left to get on the bus. She got on and sat with beside AJ. Nikki was talking about the session to the rest of the trainees and they sounded impressed by what Paige and Nikki had did on the blue mats.

They got to the apartments and said their goodnights.

Paige Bevis- "Night Dean."

Paige leaned forward to kiss Dean on the cheek but he turned round. He didn't know Paige tried to kiss him though.

Paige turned to go to her room to sleep.
