Chapter 96 - The Next Arrivals

Wednesday-31/12/17- Paul Levesque once again had asked Dean Ambrose, Paige Bevis, Roman Reigns, Nikki Bella and Seth Rollins to meet in the cafeteria. The last time he did this it was to tell them that more people would be added to their developmental program and that they'd be meeting those new people on December 31st. Today was December 31st.

There was nobody in the cafeteria except the group Paul Levesque asked to be there. The group in the cafeteria were so excited to meet their new peers and talk to them. Paul Levesque walked into the cafeteria and went over to the group.

Paul Levesque- "Hi guys. Today I introduce you to those who will be joining you in your developmental program. One by one I will bring the individuals in and tell you a little bit about them. So could the first newbie please walk in."

Into the cafeteria walked a young looking boy. He had dark hair and strange eyes.

Paul Levesque- "I would like you to meet Finn Balor. He is from Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland. His birthdate is July the twenty fifth and of course was born in two thousand. He describes his in-ring style as technical."

Finn sat down at the same table as the original group.

Finn Balor- "It's great to meet you guys and I'm excited to work and train alongside you all."

Finn spoke with an Irish accent.

Paul Levesque- "Now could the second newbie please come in."

In came a very pretty, dark skinned girl with purple hair and glasses.

Paul Levesque- "This is Sasha Banks. She is from Fairfield, California. Her birthday is January twenty sixth and she was born in the year two thousand. She describes her in-ring style as technical much like Finn."

Sasha sat beside Finn.

Sasha Banks- "Thank you for accepting me into your program and hopefully friend group. It's going to be so much fun being a part of this."

Paul Levesque- "Could the third newbie please come into the room."

A girl with fiery orange hair walked in and everyone was immediately interested in her story. She really stood out.

Paul Levesque- "This is Becky Lynch. She is from Dublin, Ireland. Her birthday is January thirtieth and she was born in the year two thousand. Just like Finn and Sasha she describes her in-ring style as technical."

Becky Lynch sat beside Sasha. Becky also had an Irish accent like Finn.

Becky Lynch- "Hi I'm really happy to be here. My mum always taught me that when you meet new people to tell them something about you so I'm Becky and I love making puns and you'll all learn that very soon."

Paul Levesque- "Now could I ask the final newbie to make his way into the room."

In walked a small kid with ginger hair that you'd think had no ability to do anything well but you would be totally wrong.

Paul Levesque- "Meet Sami Zayn. He is from Montreal, Canada. His birthday is July twelfth and he was born in the year two thousand. Sami says his in-ring style is that of high flying."

Sami Zayn- "It's so cool to finally meet all of you guys. I hope we have a lot of fun together as we work closely together."

Paul Levesque- "I'll leave now and let all of you guys talk. Have fun."

Paul left and the newbies talked more about themselves to the others. Eventually after a long conversation it was agreed that all nine of them would be spending the turn of the year together and having a New Years/welcoming party tonight in Seth's room.

The party really kicked into effect at around 11pm. The TV was turned on with the music channel blaring. Sami and Nikki were having talking to each other and dancing. Sasha, Seth, Roman and Dean were all in the corner of the room sitting in desk chairs talking about wrestling, Becky, Paige and Finn were talking about the UK and Ireland and what they miss about home.

With around five minutes until the new year they changed the channel to FOX News and gathered around the TV waiting for the New Years countdown.

Newscaster- "There is just five minutes until we enter the year two thousand and eighteen."

Seth Rollins- "Hey do you guys mind if I dip out and go for a walk and come back when there's one minute left?"

Nikki Bella- "Go ahead Seth."

Seth walked out of his own room and the party and went to the roof of the apartments. The moon shone brightly in the sky and the stars of the night were highly visible.

Seth Rollins- "Waw it's beautiful out. What a way to end this year standing up here with this view with the job I have in the financial position I'm in. This year was the best of my life"

Seth could hear the countdown really starting.

30, 29, 28, 27.

Seth Rollins- "Hey a shooting star. Let's make next year even better than this one."

23, 22, 21, 20.

Seth Rollins- "Better start joining in the countdown now. Sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirteen, twelve, eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six-"

AJ Lee- "FIVE!"

Seth turned around in shock to see AJ behind him.

AJ Lee- "Four, three."

AJ Lee + Seth Rollins- "Two, one."

AJ Lee- "Happy new year Seth. I love you."

Seth Rollins- "Happy new year AJ. I love you too."

Seth and AJ kissed as fireworks launched and exploded into the Florida sky behind them. After five months away AJ had returned to Florida and AJ and Seth were back together.
