10:00- Stretch all of your muscles off before going on the machines

10:10- Use the treadmill at a steady pace and as you spend more time on it increase the speed

11:00- Lift weights appropriately. Don't put too much weight on yourself
===========================
12:00- Use any other machines around the facility
===========================
13:00- Stop training and get something to eat and drink for lunch
===========================
14:00- Stretch all of your muscles off again
===========================
14:10- In-ring training with Billy Gunn
===========================
17:00- Circuit training with Chris Jericho
===========================
21:00- Meet at the front of the Performance Centre and take the bus back to the apartment complex
