Saturday -15/11/17- It was a Saturday meaning that normally the trainees didn't need to go to the Performance Centre and train but when Roman Reigns woke up and looked at his phone he realised he had a text from Paul Levesque which told Roman that he needed to go to the Performance Centre.

Roman got up and went to get Dean and Seth to see if they had gotten the same text and it turned out they had. The three of them then went to get Paige and Nikki to see if they had gotten the same text and of course they had too.

They all got ready and headed to the Performance Centre on the bus.

Eventually they got there and went inside, getting away from the Autumn rain and cold.

Paul Levesque was waiting inside for them.

Paul Levesque- "Hey guys sorry that this was on such short notice but I really need you guys right now so just walk into here with me."

Paul walked into a huge room and there was around 250 young people in the room and they all watched as the five rookies walked onto a stage with a pedestal and microphone attached.

Paul Levesque walked up to the mic.

Paul Levesque- "So these are the five of the six trainees currently in our youth development program. One of them unfortunately can't make it today due to family problems but this is Nikki Bella, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Paige Bevis and Dean Ambrose. I was telling all two-hundred and fifty people here how proud I was of you guys. Four of these two-hundred and fifty will be joining you guys in the youth development program so do you guys have anything to say to all these people?"

Nikki, Paige, Roman and Seth didn't have anything to say but guess who did, the one guy who can never keep his mouth shut and always has to say something, Dean Ambrose.

Dean Ambrose- "I've got something to say."

Paul Levesque- "Then come up to the mic and say it Dean."

Dean walked up to the pedestal and mic and took the mic out of its stand so that it was now a handheld mic and Dean spoke what he truly believed.

Dean Ambrose- "I'm going to be honest with you guys here when I say not all of you are cut out for this business. I see many faces now who don't want to admit it but know deep down that they will be a failure but want to try anyway. If you have any belief that you will fail then you need to stand up and walk out that exit right now. If you don't believe in yourself then piss off back to washing plates in your mum's kitchen because that's better suited for you. This course is hard. It's designed to be and only the greatest will survive it. I've had my head bounced off of random object after random object during this time period and that's just because I'm clumsy so imagine how brutal this course will be for you. It's not blood, sweat and tears you need to give to this business it's your whole being and again if you're not prepared to do that then leave. I'll let you in on a secret, I'm the very best around here. Those four will argue that they are but they're wrong. I know I sound like a cocky asshole but I know that I'm the best, I'm in a league of my own and if you want to be the best then you better be prepared to go through me. There is nobody in this room that is better on the mic than I am and there's nobody in this room who is better in the ring than me, no offence Trips. The point is that I am the greatest human being to walk the face of the planet and even I find this difficult so think about what you are about to put your bodies through. You will sweat and bleed and cry and get hit in the head over and over until you vomit and then you'll be forced to run until you vomit and then you'll be forced to jump until you vomit and then you'll be forced to wrestle until you vomit in the warmest rooms you've ever been in. So think to yourself is it all worth it and as soon as you come up with you're answer you let Mr Paul Levesque know and he will judge whether you are ready to succeed or perish. I hope to see some of you in the future lifting weights with me and under me when I pin you to the mat for three counts day in and day out. Have fun while it lasts because when the training starts the fun and games are over and it's sink or swim time. If you then sink don't blame the trainers, don't blame Paul Levesque, don't blame me, don't blame the weather, don't blame the ghost of Randy Savage because if you fail it is your own fault and if you fail here then you deserve it. In closing some of you are now scared and some of you are excited. If you are scared then you need to leave right away and never come back. If that talk got you excited you're strange, a complete weirdo and you are ready for what this course demands of you. If you don't want to do this anymore then don't waste Paul's time telling him why. Just go. You're not worth his time. I'm done, peace out bitches!"

Dean dropped the mic and walked out the room.

Everybody sat in silence. Not because they were trying to process all that information Dean had just told them but because they already had processed it and knew if they had what it took to enter this program alongside Dean and the others.

Paul Levesque would be swarmed with people dropping out of the program that day until he was left with twenty people.

Paul Levesque- "To the twenty who stayed you all have a chance of being accepted into the program. I'd like to thank you all for coming and you can leave."

The twenty all got up and left as Paul Levesque tried to find Dean Ambrose. Dean was in the parking lot playing golf with a stick and some stones.

Paul Levesque- "Hey Ambrose!"

Dean turned around to look at Paul.

Dean Ambrose- "Did you like my little speech?"

Paul Levesque- "Little? I never thought you were going to finish but I did like it. Thank you for making my life and my job way easier with it."

Dean Ambrose- "No problem man."

Paul Levesque- "One day once your career has finished you should look into being a WWE Trainer or an executive in the company."

Dean Ambrose- "Come on, you know me. I don't do shirts and ties. Trainer it is but I've still got twenty-five years until I'm in that position."

Paul Levesque- "Shake my hand and promise me that you'll stick around with the company once you're done wrestling."

Dean Ambrose- "It's a deal."

Dean shook Paul's hand and Paul walked away as Dean got back to his ghetto golf.

Paul Levesque(thought)- "I knew there was potential and/or something special in that kid."

Authors Note: Well Dean can sure talk. Him and Paul get on great so that is a positive for Dean and in a way Paul. There will be new characters coming soon and I think you'll like them.
