Chapter 48 - Royal Rumble Weekend Pt.5

Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns walked into the room where their panel would be held in twelve minutes.

Roman Reigns- "There are a lot of seats here."

Seth Rollins- "I know it looks like two hundred of them."

Dean Ambrose- "This is going to be awesome."

The three men stood on the stage and looked out at the chairs.

Images started racing through their heads of fans showing up, asking them questions and having fun. Then they imagined themselves wrestling on NXT, winning the NXT Championship, moving to the main roster, winning the Intercontinental Championship, then winning the Royal Rumble and going onto Wrestlemania and winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship as confetti rained down.

They all snapped out of it and looked at each other.

Seth Rollins- "We are the future and the future is now."

Roman Reigns- "The future is bright."

Dean Ambrose- "One third of the future is incredibly good looking."

Seth, Roman and Dean laughed.

Nikki Bella- "You guys ok?"

Roman Reigns- "Couldn't be better."

Nikki, Paige and AJ walked in, Seth went over and hugged AJ.

Dean looked at them in disgust.

They all stepped up onto the stage and again looked out at the seats. The owner of WWE walked into the room.

Vince McMahon- "Remember to have fun while it lasts kids."

Shock came on the rookies faces, that was the first thing that Vincent Kennedy McMahon had ever said to them.

They went behind the curtain and stood there as people started packing into the room. They were hidden from the crowd.

Announcer- "Ladies and Gentlemen please welcome your host of today's NXT panel, The Game, The King of Kings, The Cerebral Assassin, Triple H."

Paul Levesque made his way onto the stage as his music blared and the crowd cheered and clapped.

Paul Levesque- "It's great to see all of you here today to see what the future of this company is. You should get used to these individuals as they will carry the company for the next twenty years. They are Seth Rollins, Paige Bevis, AJ Lee, Roman Reigns, Nikki Bella and Dean Ambrose."

In that order the rookies came out, the NXT theme song came on and they sat in the order that they were introduced. The crowd gave them a standing ovation.

Paul Levesque- "Everyone on this panel is so happy to be here to interact with you guys. So we will start by hearing about their first month in developmental and then they will answer some of your questions."

The crowd calmed down and sat back down.

Paul Levesque- "So we will start with the man on my furthest right, Dean Ambrose. Dean tell the people about your first month in developmental."

Dean Ambrose- "Thank you for the introduction Triple H, now to answer the statement you made, my first month in developmental has been awesome, it's pretty much been the best month of my life. It's always been my dream to be a WWE Superstar so when the opportunity arose for me to achieve that dream I grabbed it. I'm so happy with the progress I have made so far and I am excited to see what the future will hold for me. Most of the trainers are cool, not all of them but most of them. If I had to sum it up in one word I'd describe it as great."
