Luke's POV
I stumble up the stairs with the 2 little girls. They really do look like Ashton. They're so cute.
"I'm gonna call you Lukey!" Addi says happily, poking my cheek as she sits on my left arm.
"Ok, but then I have to have a nickname for you! And Sky to!" I counter back, smiling and the young child.
"Addi is my nickname silly!! And Sky is hers!!" She laughs at me.
"Oh fiiinnnnee" I huff playfully.
We walk into their new room, right next to Ashton's and down the hall from Jakes and I set Addi down on the lower of the 2 bunk beds.
"No I go on the top!!" She says with a smile. I pick her up and make airplane noises while I 'fly' her into her bed, her giggling the whole time.
I look down and see Sky smiling big at me.
"Do you wanna fly to?" I ask with a smirk.
She just nods her head while chewing on her lip, a nervous habit she must have picked up from Ashton. I immediately repeat the process, setting her on the bottom bed afterwards.
"So, time to unpack! Ashton already has most of your things put away, so we just need to take your bags from your aunts house." I say calmly.
They point to 2 bags at the side of the room and I bring them over in front of the beds, pulling Addi down to the bottom once again. She pouts then pokes my dimple and starts smiling again.
"I like you." She says proudly.
"So do I." Sky says lightly. I smile and hug both girls.
"I like you to." I say happily.
We then unpack both bags and I tell the girls to go wash up while I check on Jake then go see if Ash needs any help with dinner.
The girls run off giggling to each other and I nervously walk into Jakes room. I see clothes already scattered everywhere and the boy lying on the bed in the middle with his phone in hand.
I walk over, pulling his attention to me. "Yunno. She did say neatly. And knowing her, she's probably gonna come check." I say, scratching the back of my neck and chuckling a bit.
"Yeaahh. I was gonna do it then I was like naaahhh." He counters back, taking his eyes off his phone.
"Well. What about I help you. Addi and Sky are already unpacked and Ash is working on dinner."
"How did you meet Ash." He asks, completely ignoring my offer.
I settle on the edge of his bed before answering, "She was lost her first day of school and I showed her to the office. Then I introduced her to my friends and that's pretty much it. I've been hanging out with her since the first day she got here."
"You hurt my sister I'll hurt you. You may be bigger but I could so kick your ass!" He says, flexing his arms and chuckling a bit.
I chuckle, then answer honestly, "I would never.."
"Good. I like you. So do the twins." He says casually before standing up and picking up the clothes off the floor.
"Good. Dinner should be ready in like half an hour. I'm gonna go help Ash finish up." I say before walking out of the room.

Ashton's POV
I turned on All time low and started cooking. I'm making sweet and sour chicken stir fry.
I pull the marinated chicken out of the fridge and sing along to Let it Roll.
I cut the chicken and place it in a pan. I'm browning the chicken and dancing around when I hear Luke, "Yunno. I was gonna help, but I kinda like the show."
"Oh my god." I say turning around slightly while I feel the burning on my cheeks, then turn back to the pan so it doesn't burn.
He chuckles and pulls vegetables out of the fridge and starts cutting them up.
"They really like you." I say softly, pulling the chicken off the burner for now and moving to help him chop the vegetables.
"I know. They told me." He smiles.
"Even jake?!?"
"Yeah. I went into his room to make sure he was putting his stuff away and everything was on the ground. But it's good now. And he said he'd kick my ass if I hurt you. Then he said he likes me. Why are you so surprised?" He asks.
"Nothing. Just jake doesn't normally like my friends or boyfriends or anything."
"Well, I'm glad he likes me."
"Me too."
"Addi and Sky are washing up. They'll be down in a couple minutes. Jake will be too."
"Thank you. So much." I say, looking into his eyes.
"It's not a problem." He finishes, looking back into mine.

Luke's POV
Suddenly there's thumps coming from the stairs, signifying a race to the kitchen between the twins.
Then, seemingly obvious, there's a loud thump and crying. Ashton drops the knife she was holding to the ground and sprints to see Sky on the ground and Addi standing over her.
I run over and bring Addi into my arms while Ashton comforts Sky.
"Jake!!" Ash calls from the stairs, still holding Sky.
Jakes comes walking down the stairs and sees his sister holding Sky.
"I have to finish dinner. Can you take Sky and get her some ice for her knee then you can go sit with Luke and Addi in the living room until dinner?"
"Sure thing." He smiles, taking Sky from her arms and going to get ice.
I stay standing with Addi in my arms. Ashton gives me a weak smile before apologizing.
"Why are you sorry?"
"This isn't how most couples spend their time." She says looking at the ground.
"Ashton. I love this. Seriously. Your family likes me. You like me. I love kids." I reassure.
She just gives a fake smile before turning to the kitchen.
I walk into the family room with Addi and talk to Jake and play with the girls until Ashton calls us all for dinner.
