Alex hurried back to the apartment, and crawled onto the couch, and began to cry.

"Its not fair" She cried. Suddenly Tyler comes back and takes Tobin away from her.

After calming herself down, Alex got herself cleaned up, and decided to text Kelley.

A:Kells is it okay if I come over?

K:sure!

A:thanks

Alex bit her lip and hurried to Kelley's house.

When Kelley answered, she noticed Christen was there. No Julie.

"If you were wondering, Christen is here because JJ is picking up her parents and coming here" Kelley said.

"It did look a little weird" Alex said.

"Yeah I guess someone could've gotten the wrong idea" Kelley laughed.

Alex just slightly smiled.

"So tell me whats going on" Kelley asked, bringing Alex to the couch and sitting her down.

"Tobin and I got an 'urgent' message from Tyler Baron telling us to meet him in front of the gift shop, and when we got there, there was some big black guy who looked like he was gonna beat Tyler up. We heard most of what happened, and when Tyler got carried off by two of the big guy's lackies, Tobin wanted to go after him. I tried telling her it was dangerous, and it wasn't worth risking our lives for. I mean, what if they caught us? They would kill us or rape us or do some other terrible things to us" Alex took a shaky breath. "So Tobin yelled at me, and I let her go after him. I said. 'Go then. If he's so important to you'. And she ran after the direction he went in" Alex was crying now.

"That doesn't sound right" Christen said.

Kelley rubbed Alex's back as Alex cried.

"I should call Tobin, make sure everything is okay" Kelley said.

"Okay" Alex nodded.

Kelley dialed Tobin's number and put her on speaker.

"Tobin?" Kelley asked.

"Kelley? Boy, am I glad to hear your voice" Tobin said. Alex and Christen decided to stay quiet. They wanted to hear how this played out.

"Tobin are you okay? Alex told me you went after Tyler" Kelley said.

"She did? Well, I'm fine, and Tyler's fine. We're both at his apartment. I found the guys and Tyler let me in his apartment" Tobin said. "And I have to say something else" Tobin hesitated. "But you can't tell Alex"

"I won't" Kelley said. Alex felt her blood boiling up. Why was Tobin with Tyler in his apartment?

"Well, Tyler kissed me, and it was kind of nice" Tobin said.

Kelley bit her lip, and Alex choked down a sob, biting her hand.

"Tobin.." Kelley said, noticing how hurt Alex was by this.

"Kelley, I know it was bad. I know I'm dating Alex. But I just don't know. It was different. Don't get me wrong, I still love Alex, but I like Tyler too" Tobin said.

"That wasn't just bad. It was terrible. Horrible. Do you know how Alex will feel if she ever figures this out? How this will hurt her?" Kelley said, trying to make Tobin realize what she did was horrible.

Alex was burying her face in a pillow, sobbing, not loud enough for Tobin to hear, but pretty loud all together.

"I know..I know" Tobin said.

"No. I don't think you do. This will tear her apart. She could never look at you the same. I'd be surprised if she still wants to date you" Kelley spat.

"Oh my God. What have I done" Tobin groaned.

"You just lost my trust. Oh, and just so you know, you're on speaker and Alex was listening the whole time" Kelley said, then ended the call.

Christen was stunned at what just happened. She never thought Tobin would be unfaithful.

"Alex, I'm so sorry" Kelley said, hugging Alex.

"No, don't be Kelley. I'm sorry for having to drag you into this mess" Alex wiped her face. "I have to do something" She stood up. "I'll try and talk to you soon"

Kelley was reluctant to let Alex leave, but she knew Alex needed to let off some steam.

Alex drove off to the park, where she used to play soccer to cool down. Now, she just sat there in the thin layer of snow, and she stared at the bleak, colorless surroundings.

Why did Tobin have to do that?

Alex kept sitting there, even as her toes got numb, as her fingers turned white and felt rubbery.

When she felt like that was enough, she stood, got to her car, and sat there, staring out the window.

A knock at the window shook her from her thoughts.

Alex turned, but then turned the car on, ignoring the person.

"Alex, please" Tobin said, knocking on the window again.

Alex locked the doors, and began to drive.

Tobin felt a tear roll down her cheek as she watched Alex drive away.

Why did she have to screw up so badly?
