"Tobin, nothing would make me happier than to throw you out of this plain right now" Alex growled to Tobin asking about her and Servando.
"What?" Tobin laughed. "Why?"
"I hate him, okay? I don't like hearing his name" Alex said.
"Why do you hate him? Just because he cheated on you?" Tobin asked.
"Yes-I mean, no" Alex bit her lip.
Tobin was confused.
"I just.." Alex tried, then she sighed. "Lets not talk about this now"
"Okay. Tell me when you're ready" Tobin said, grabbing her hand.
"Thanks for not pressing the matter on me, its not really comfortable" Alex said, shifting in her airplane seat.
Tobin didn't understand what Servando could have done to Alex to make her hate him so much. Tobin tried to think back to the times Alex cried because of Servando's carelessness.
Soon, a black gloom had settled over the airplane, and Alex had fallen asleep.
Tobin stared up at the top of the plain, dreaming for the future to come.
She imagined getting home one day, greeting Alex, and maybe their children, Tobin imagined a girl and a boy. Two small kids, and a dog. Not one of those toy breeds, but one of the giant ones, like a great dane. They would play games, live in their small house, and have a perfect life.
Tobin's thoughts were interrupted as the pilot came on the speakers.
"Attention passengers, we will be making an emergency landing. Please stay in your seats until I say its safe" His words echoes in Tobin's head.
That wasn't the pilot speaking.
It was someone much, much worse than that.
Someone that haunted Tobin since the day he showed up and tried to ruin her and Alex's life.
The person they hated.
Or at least, the one Alex hated.
Servando.
