I see seagulls calling, flying along the seven oceans,
I see your eyes glowing in the dark and the waves crashing in rolling motions,
I see the broken shards of my heart and the way your tears fell,
I see the words to a story that I never could tell,
and now I'm falling into green eyes like the morning waves,
I'm shaking inside choir practice rooms,
hands cold like I'm living in a tomb,
his hands tracing away the scars of your love,
the blood on my hands, the color of your eyes,
the way our fingers touch,
like the way the sunlight caresses the ocean.
I see the tears leaking across tiled floors,
I see the shadows on your face and closed, locked, doors.
I see green eyes and green times and all the mistakes we made,
I see the jealousy and those faded emerald eyes,
watching me, and watching the blood drip downwards,
to fill the hole in my heart,
like the way the water pools along the side of the ocean.
His hands are tracing away the scars of your love,
the blood on my hands, the color of your eyes,
the way our fingers touch,
like the way the sunlight caresses the ocean.
this is a "song" (its basically just a poem; theres no tune) troye (i) wrote if you couldnt already tell.
