POEM #7: LILIES
In a garden where the lilies dance—
Their petals drift on the summer breeze.
The flowers lift their heads in silence,
Gathering gently, surrounding the trees.Their faces are as pale as the fleeting hour,
The lilies slip away, holding their light—
In nature's heaven, a chorus sprouts,
Tenderly embracing the soft, quiet night. In meadows where the lilies are seen,
They bloom amidst fields of rustling green,
As they sway and charm the golden day,
Raucous creatures come out to play.
