ITC: Luna (Chasing the moon)

Luna Interview*

(Luna walks in with confidents and takes a seat across from the Interviewer. The Interviewer stands up and they both shakes before they both sit down)

Interviewer: Let's begin, shall we?" (Interviewer straighten papers) "What's your name?"

Luna: "Officially, it's Luna Raine, but with my recent move to England, I've had to change my last name to Meadows so I'm harder to track."

Interviewer: (Gives a weird look) "Okay...should I be worried around you? (starts worrying)

Luna: (lets out a gentle laugh) "You don't have to worry, I don't have any intention of hurting anyone. I only use violence when necessary, and so far, that's never happened." (Gives a small smile)

(Interviewer nods)

Interviewer: "Do you fall for guys charms?" (Raises an eyebrow)

Luna: (Shrugs) "It would have to be a pretty amazing guy for me to fall for them. I've seen a lot more than most girls my age have so it's a bit harder to impress me. I definitely want someone who can keep me on my toes and laughing, though." (Laugh a little)

Interviewer: (Gives a small grin) "Um...anyone specific?"

Luna: (Frowns) "Not currently, but this guy named Will certainly is determined to win me over. He's not exactly doing all the right things though..."

(Interviewer laughs)

Interviewer: "Do you like Will or find him annoying?" (Gives a confused face)

Luna: (Shrugs) "To me, he's just another guy. I'm not attracted to his wealth or his good looks. So... definitely more annoying. He's too confident for my liking. It actually scares me a bit to think of what he's capable of."

(Interviewer nods)

Interviewer: "What makes you think that?"

Luna: "Well, I'm not exactly the most open person, and Will seems to want to know every little detail about me, and frankly, there are a few things that I'm not willingly to let ANYONE know anytime soon." (Shakes her head)

(Interviewer shrugs)

Interviewer: "People say your free spirited? Care to explain?"

Luna: "I just don't care about what people think of me. Why should I dwell on people who have no significance in my life? So what if the cake-faced blonde bimbos called me ugly. So what if the straight A, 4.5 GPA student called me dumb. If it's not going to affect my future, then it shouldn't matter to me."

(Interviewer laughs and then flips the page)

Interviewer: "What do you hate the most and why?"

Luna: "The city. I absolutely cannot live without the trees or the fresh air. Being... what I am, I need a lot of exercise. I can't be shut up in a room all day without seeing the sun or the flowers. That's my biggest fear... that the boys will find out my secret and that's exactly what will happen, I'll just be a captive."

(Interviewer shrugs)

Interviewer: "Fair enough. Who can't you stand and why?"

Luna: (Narrows eyes) "Will. No explanation needed. He's just so cocky! He won't leave me alone and I think he's beginning to get suspicious." (Shivers a little)

Interviewer: "Why the sudden move from country?"

Luna: "Well, there was an... incident back in California where I wasn't careful enough and didn't pay attention to my surroundings. I needed to get away from the scene and was shipped off by my mom to live with my aunt and cousin." (Shrugs)

Interviewer: (Makes a funny face) "Do you like Will?" (Wondering look)

Luna: "No. Nada. Zippo. Zero." (Forms a o with her hand)

(Interviewer signs)

Interviewer : "What's one thing that will make you explode and want to...hurt someone? Why?"

Luna: "If someone is hurting me or my family. I don't really think that needs an explanation. I mean, they're family, and if you know me, you don't mess with my family." (Gives a serious, dead look)

(Interviewer shakes his head)

Interviewer: (Looks down on paper) "What will you be doing from now one since you moved?"

Luna: Just trying to stay below the radar. I don't want to draw too much attention to myself. I'll probably join the track or cross country team... but who knows what the future might hold... (freezes for a few moments, zoned out) "Excuse me, but I got to me somewhere." (Gets up and quickly shakes hands with the Interviewer who's confused. Luna rushes out of the room)

Interviewer: (Looks down on watch) "Oh! Lunch time!" (Then leaves the room)

Summary: Luna Raine was a normal teenage girl living a normal life down in Southern California . . . With the exception that she could change into a grey wolf whenever her heart desired. When her secret is discovered she is forced into hiding and moves in with her aunt and cousin on the other side of the world: London, England. With a new home, comes a new school, and with a new school, comes new friends.

Luna just so happens to acquire some "special" friends. One who happens to be the product of a very wealthy family, who goes by the name of Will Emerson. Will and his friends are tired of working behind the scenes and living under Mr. Emerson's shadow. But with the world on high alert for the "moon wolf", the boys are more than determined to find out who it really is, seeing it might be there ticket to the top. Luna soon realizes that it may be hard than she thought to keep her secret under wraps.
