ITC: Damian (Beyond)

Damian's Interview*

(Damian walks with something in his hand, scaring the Interviewer. After checking the area, Damian put the thing up and stolls up to the Interviewer who is still in scare mode. After exchanging shakes, the Interviewer gain back the composer and fix the paper)

Interviewer: "Welcome. Let's begin shall we?" (Damian nodded) "What's your name?"

Damian: "Damian Hayes." (Relaxes in his seat)

Interviewer: "Why are you trying to catch a ghost?" (Gives curious face)

Damian: (Put a stone face up) "Because my mum was killed by one of them and I'll send him straight to hell."

(Interviewer's eyes shot opened)

Interviewer: "Okay...do consider yourself a fighter?"

Damian: "Yeah, I'll go to any length to avenge my mum."

(Interviewer nods)

Interviewer: "Do you have any fears?"

Damian: "I fear I might lose myself chasing this guy. I also want to protect Raven, whom I fell in love with." (Takes a deep breathe)

(Interviewer stays silent)

Interviewer: "Are you a ghost hunter and if so...how did you get started?"

Damian: "I only hunt because I hate them and want them off the planet. Plus, they can hurt people, so better get rid of 'em. After my mum died I tried anything to get her back. I found out I could become a ghost by dying over and over again. This way, I could hunt the ones that killed her."

Interviewer: "Um.....what's up with you and Raven?" (Raises an eyebrow)

Damian: "I wanted to protect her from all this crap, but she wouldn't give up on trying to find out more about me. Then I screwed up and she realized I hunt ghosts. After that ... well, let's just say we've been sharing a lot." (Shrugs)

Interviewer: "Interesting....what ghost are you trying to hunt?"

Damian: "Sam. Devilish fiend who should be erased from our planet. He'll pay for what he's done."

Interviewer: "What dark secret do you have?" (Cocks eyebrow)

Damian: "Dark secret? You mean the fact that I kill myself to hunt another ghost? Guess it ain't much of a secret anymore ..." (Shrugs)

(Interviewre stays silent)

Interviewer: "What are your plans in the future?"

Damian: (Narrows eyes) "Send Sam to hell. Send more ghosts to the afterlife. Did I mention I want them all gone?"

(Interviewer nods)

Interviewer: "What do people think of you?"

Damian: "They think I'm some kind of druggy, bad boy, 'cause I don't talk to many people and I skip school to hunt ghosts a lot. I don't care what they think of me, to be honest."

Interviewer: "Nice...is there any regrets you have?"

Damian: "I regret not becoming a ghost before my mum died. I could've saved her ..." (Saddens)

(Interviewer changes subject quickly)

Interviewer: "Anything else that you would like to say?"

Damian: "Want to know what happens between me and Sam? It's time for showdown, just gotta read the 'Beyond' story." (Grins then checks his watch) "My author needs me and I'll see you." (Runs out of the room)

Interviewer: ".............." (Shrugs and leaves as well)

Summary:

Her whole life changes in one night. Ghosts are hunting her down ...

Sixteen year old Raven's been having hallucinations since birth, but when she and her paranoid mother move towns, Raven encounters a ghostly figure and everything changes. Sam is a spirit and will do anything to kill her.

Haunted by shadows and death itself, Raven can't tell what's real anymore. She's saved from the phantoms by Damian, a mysterious, secretive biker who goes to the same school. They meet up and soon she finds out they have a lot in common. However, Raven begins to suspect that her newfound crush might have everything to do with the ghosts.

Will she discover his secret?
