Chapter 22

Teya's POV

"What did you do to my room?!" Alec's voice thundered across the hall and up the stairs. It made the walls shake and picture frames rattle. It'd make a great simulation of an earthquake only none of us were expecting it at the time. My feet had been dangerously balanced on a chair to give me leverage to reach the upper half of Alec's glass windows.

To my shock, the shaking had made the chair rock back and forth. My feet slipped out from under me while my body fell, shoulders first towards the ground. I twisted desperately in the air to make sure my head hadn't absorbed the frontal assault of the impact. My wrists slammed into the ground first. Turning onto my side, my shoulders hit the ground no doubt going to leave a bruise there for days and then my back before I finished the roll. My feet landed last and my head was in no way injured.

All that was left and to check out the source of the screaming.

"What does Alec want?" I asked, confused as heavy footsteps stomped up the stairs. I could hear his laboured breathing all the way from up here.

"He saw the windows..." Logan explained, his eyes glassy while he and Alec mind linked with each other. A form of telepathy that I would soon be connected with, once I joined their pack.

"Oh...?" I was still confused as to why that was a problem.

"What did you do to my walls?" Alec burst into the room with his shoulders heaving. I assumed the walls referred to the window structures that acted as walls for his room.

"Well it was indirectly Logan's fault." I stated to which I received a full on glare.

"How so?" Logan asked from his position at the other end of the window. Unlike me, he hadn't tried to stand on a chair and wasn't covered in bruises.

"Because you were so boring that I had to create some form of entertainment." I explained.

"So you decided to draw on my windows!!" Alec growled at the fact that neither of us cared that he was upset. I didn't understand why of course, it'd be easy to clean up afterwards.

Logan and I now had a chance to stand back and admire our work of art and to my astonishment, it actually looked creative and less like a child's drawing. Both Logan and my side contrasted very well. His drawings were of mythical creatures and way while mine were of story book characters and plants because those were the easiest things to draw.

"I think we make pretty good artists... We should create a mural." I suggested at Logan who was staring at his overflowing strokes of black ink. He must still be surprised at the fact he had dropped his studying to draw because of yours truly. I actually hadn't believed I was capable of persuading him but I figured he had a competitive streak in him that was easy to manipulate.

"I can't believe you did this and you Logan. Why the f**k are you drawing?" Alec scowled.

"Aww... Don't be mad. We... well I was extremely bored so we decided to draw." I poked Alec's scowling face, not trusting my emotions enough to fully touch him. I was scared that if I did, then I wouldn't want to take my hand away.

"Whatever but I expect the both of you to clean this and not to get my carpet wet. If not then next time, the both of you will be spending the day in an empty room." Alec stormed out and slammed the door once more.

"Lol... He definitely hates your drawings." I smirked at Logan.

"Please, at least mine are drawings. Yours wouldn't even pass off as a child's drawing..." Logan raised his eyebrow in amusement.
