"Important Support"
Cedric Madrigal's POV
"Di mo na susubukan?" I asked Kemby in disbelief, he's so fucking coward.
"Yeah dude, ramdam ko naman na walang chance bat ko pa ipipilit? Perfect recipe yan for heart break." he said and I winced. Kind of gay.
"Where are your balls, man?" I asked, I can't believe him.
He loves Keisha so much, but he don't even planned of winning her goddamn heart? Shithead. Magandang bagay yon for me kasi kumbaga bawas siya sa magiging problema ko, pero nakakapagtaka lang kasi masyado.
"Yoko pakita sayo." he said and I laughed. Fuck this man.
"Gago. Seryoso kasi ako."
"Oh sige seryoso. From the start of this story, I knew I am not that lucky guy in a usual boy-and-girl-bestfriend-love-story. Dude, I had to face the reality. Saka sa tingin ko kasi mas kailangan talaga niya ko as her bestfriend. And besides..."
I waited for him to continue. Lumagok siya ng San Mig pero nalunok na yata niya yung sasabihin niya.
"Sabagay kung ganyan ka kaduwag, I can say that you don't deserve her." I said pero tumawa lang siya. Nag igting ang panga ko.
"Kilala ko lang ng sobra si Keish, dude. I know when she's interested, at di siya interesado sakin. Ayoko na lang sirain ang pagkakaibigan namin dahil ako lang ang natatakbuhan nong babaeng wasak na yun." sabi niya. Kumalma ako sa narinig ko.
Siguro iba iba lang talaga ang pagmamahal na kayang ioffer ng bawat tao sa mga mahal nila.
"If you say so. But me? I'll fight." I said.
"Kahit di pa kumikilos yung kalaban mo, talo ka na?" He asked. Obviously reffering to Dayle- to fucking Dayle.
Napalagok ako ng sarili kong beer sa tanong niyang yun. It pained as bloody fucking hell to know that the one you love is deep inlove with someone else and I wanna fucking kill myself because I know it was my goddamn fault.
Pero sabi ko nga, kasalanan ko 'to kaya I'll do everything to make it up to her. To win her heart. To have her for the rest of my life.
"Diba sabi mo ramdam natin pag wala tayong pag asa? Ramdam kong may pag-asa ako, at susunggaban ko yun kahit gano pa kaliit." sabi ko sa kanya- he heard the determination in my voice, he nodded, looking impressed.
"So much drama for today." he joked.
"Gago." I replied also laughing.
"May problema nga 'ko, dun sa Steve ni Ella. He's wanted a fight." I frowned, what about Ella?
"May something kayo ni Ella?" I asked as I opened a new bottle of beer.
"Dati, I liked her nung una but nung nagtagal, it showed na it will always be Keisha inside my heart. Sinabi ko kay Ella and she said she was fine kahit alam kong she's breaking inside." kwento niya sakin. "Let's not talk about it na nga lang." dagdag niya as he sigh.
I don't want to look like a curious monkey so I shrugged the topic off na din.
Nagring yung phone ni Kemby.
"Si Keish." he informed me before answering the call.
The knowledge of it being Keisha made me stare at Kemby as though for doing so, I could hear Keish. Pero that's obviously impossible so I just waited and listened.
"Hello?...pupunta ka?...bakit?... Teka samahan kaya kita?...sure ka?...sige sige."
"san siya pupunta?" tanong ko.
