It was old news to everyone. Toni had a kissing scene policy ever since she joined show business. She was only allowed a light smack for her kissing scenes. Unbeknownst to those people who might not know Toni and who wasn't one of her thousands of fans, she is a very conservative woman. It was her parents' and her decision to have this policy when it comes to kissing scenes.

Sam, of course, knew about this. He was her first official on screen love team after all. He stepped towards her and seated at the vacant seat next to her. Her face was beet red.

"It's not like it's our first kiss, Toni," he said teasingly to light her up.

Toni smiled and replied, "Ikaw talaga, Sam!" Toni said grinning while slapping his knee with the script on her hand.

"Do we need to rehearse? It has been what.. how many years?" Sam asked jokingly, rolling his eyes up as if thinking.

Toni smacked his arm lightly with her fist and chuckled. "Uhm.. 2 years.. 2 years na", she laughed at the thought of what she said, her shoulders shaking.

Toni's laugh was contagious enough that Sam couldn't breathe anymore. He was laughing hysterically. This is what he liked about her. She's so fun to be with and whenever he's with her, he just couldn't take the smile off his face.

Then, a deafening silence fell on the atmosphere. They could hear each other's breathing. Somehow, their minds suddenly connected together. Flashback hit them both at the same time.

Flashback

It was yet another shooting day of their very first movie, 'You Are the One". Toni and Sam was busy memorising their script for their next scene when their director, Cathy Molina, told them that they were allowed 2 hours for break time.

Sam's heart jumped and his lips formed a wide smile. It was the longest break they had while shooting the movie. Long break meant an opportunity he wouldn't miss to take. It was his chance to take Toni to a small date. Their schedules didn't really mesh together and so, they always wanted to make sure that they get to spend quality time when they're together. This was their consequence on being the two most popular and on demand artists.

Once Direk Cathy was out of the scene, Sam asked Toni, "Do you want to go out? Let's eat."

"Sam, 3:00 pa lang ng umaga. Wala pang open na shops or restaurants."

"Then, we'll look for a 24 hour restaurant or if we didn't find any, then, we'll just have to eat the foods I brought inside the car."

"Oh, sige."

They rose to their feet and asked permission from the production team and from their director as well. Toni took the passenger seat while Sam took over the wheels. They felt like rebels as they rocketed their way to the gloomy streets.

They failed to find 24 hour shops and restaurants. The world felt like an abandoned place during that time. They pulled the car over at an underground car park of a shopping mall. Finding out that the shopping mall wouldn't be opened until 6:00 in the morning, they decided to eat inside the car.
